This works great. I have used 2 other virus programs and this one works just as good if not better, and it hundreds of dollars cheaper. It is so simple to understand and operate. Brother in law told me about this years ago, and he was right. ( Can't believe I said that!)

I made a choice over 2 years ago to use PC Matic as my Virus Protection provider and I couldn't be happier. Constantly updated and informing me of my protected computer. Results have been no viruses infecting my computer as long as I have been a subscriber. Recommend!

I have been asking via the email support for about 2 months now trying to get my product to work. Will not preform any scans, supershield refuses to even start, have removed and reinstalled the product as advised but did not work and now that it has not worked I am just getting ignored as they just send me the same steps that have not worked. They have no Customer Service unless you want to pay large $$$ for it and it seems that the basic program will not work unless you pay extra. This used to be a good company but not anymore. They used to provide service on the basic sub. Do not recommend unless your willing to pay extra.
