I would put 0 if there was a way. Customer service agents (several) that I got on the phone are incompetent and lied to me several times, even though the calls are supposedly recorded.
You ask to be sent a new card at least 2 weeks prior to the expiration month, they argue with you and tell you, in between the lines: tough luck, card will be sent by Canada Post regular mail, even though supposedly the first new one was sent by Canada Post and I never received it. I had to fight for hours till they accept to send it by FEDEX, which again was a lie and they sent it by Canada XpressPost, having lead me to believe that the tracking number they gave me was FEDEX when it was Canada Xpresspost all along.
really poor service
this service if not discriminatory as my experience isnt widespread is then flawed. blocked my card while on the road then told me the back team handling unblockimg is offline and needed two business days to respond while I was stranded om the road. also has Asian slow talkers taking time to tell how unreachable the requested service is. They did give credit points which served me well but its not a real bank.
Garbage banking
Garbage banking. Their money account is setup for a 5 year old at best. Sent a transfer from CIBC into PC account and it got put on a 5 day hold. I have flawless banking history and an excellent credit rating. A maximum of $500 on transfers as well? Lmao. I switch money back and forth with wealth simple all day long with zero issues. Don't waste your time on these fools. They aren't a bank. They're a waste of digital space.

I have attempted multiple times to apply and either been denied an account or they opened one only to cancel before I could use it. I attempted again and now they're telling I have too many accoynts and I am not allowed to open one with them. I have none. So when I call them I'm given a complete run around and then told that there's a block on one of my apparent account and they have no reason for it and they cannot remove it. And that I am never allowed to opem am account with them.
The worst company ever. Their call center is sourced to Philippines. It's impossible to get to speak with an agent because they are not here in Canada!
My application was approved since May 22, 2025 and I have never received the PC master card, after many tries to speak with an agent regarding the mail delivery for the PC master card, I finally got an agent on the phone and I asked him if he was in Canada and he said he was working from the Philippines. So sad that PC financial master is card is sourcing Canadian work to Philippines not helping the Canadians

Do not deal with P.C financial my phone got stolen and my banking password was on my Google and my estranged twin sister took my phone an transfered 780 dollars out of my account there was even a police report done they wouldn't return my money and shut my account down after sending me a new card I get my new card cause I waited over a week to get into my account to get my money when the card arrived I called in they said they closed my account down and coukd not even let me transfer my funds to another account leaving me and my kids with no money then the following 3 days later another amount a big amount went into my account to pay my rent and bills and they would not allow me to have it either they told me it woukd take 20 days to get a cheque from them now me and my kids have no money and are not going to be able to even pay our rent :( and I did not do anything g to them I had 780 dollars stolen from me then they wouldn't allow me to my other 1900 dollars I need so bad :( here I sit with nothing no food no nothing for me and my kids they won't even take the police report to show it was not me who did this to my account and that person was charged with what they did so the bank should not have held me liable or closed my account like they did I have never frauded or did anything wrong to them yet they now make me suffer for someone else's doing how can you as a bank do that to a single mother and her kids I did nothing g wrong besides got stolen from them u keep my money for a month and here I sit with nothing you are a horrible bank and I'm now getting g a lawyer for this cause your making us suffer !!! Do not bank with this bank there inconsiderate to what has happened even when the police cam prove it was not me that did it I was stolen from frauded money out of my account and you punish me and my children and are about to make us loose our home!!! Horrific customer service I was put on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to an agent….
When I finally got through I didn’t understand her she spoke fast with a heavy accent.
She didn’t help me at all, kept putting me on hold and repeating her self. I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold again for the 10th time…was on hold for a long time I hung up. I’m canceling my card because of this awful experience.
Rude Customer Service Representative
Hiring professional and enough Customer Service Representative is very important for a company but PC Financial Master Card lacks of them. On top of that, there are Customer Service Representative that can hardly speak the language.

Totally ridiculous, do not use this bank. Had money transferred by e-transfer.
Arbitrarily put a hold on my account. I can’t get an opportunity to speak to anyone in the department to lift my hold. They were supposed to call writhing 24-48 hours. It’s been five days now.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I opened an account and transferred some money in. I called 11 days after the transfer and asked why the funds were on hold. They told me it would be another week before the hold was lifted. I tried to log on the next day and they locked my account for no reason. I had to call them twice in this process, both times the wait was 90 minutes
Customer Service was very easy and helpful
Wanted to leave a review as after reading many on here I was worried, but my experience was excellent. For context I have held a PC Mastercard credit card for just over a year, used it in Canada, the USA, UK, France and Iceland and never had any issues. Recently somehow my card details were obtained online fraudulently and my credit card was used to make a fraudulent purchase. I called PC when I noticed this on my account, and they could not have been more helpful. I called the helpline on a Sunday morning and got to speak to an agent almost immediately, they cancelled my card, and issued me a full refund for where it had been used fraudulently. They also talked me through my recent transactions with me to help identify potential sources of this fraud. I was then issued a new credit card. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend.

so i went to a PC financial Atm machine, i inserted my card and got declined for a wrong pin. also declined for the second time so i said ill just check online when i get home, so i went online and notice i have minus $40, i did not recieve any money from the machine, now they are saying that out of those 2 trys , one was declined and thge second they said it was approved. i cant believe they took my last $40 dollars. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I HOPE KARMA HITS ALL OF YOU HARD!!

Very easy to use app, with great features. There's no fee for the services, and the interest for their savings account is one of the best!
Its bad...not much else to say except…
Its bad...not much else to say except that. They took my money from my other bank and claimed they didnt and now say they dont have it. Apparently they operate on the mastercard network and do not have their own systems. Getting a supervisor is next to impossible. This is a big problem. Now the onus is on me to try and fix it. Best advise for you.....RUN! DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PCF.
Applied for the card
Applied for the card, was not approved right away, was told they would review application. Received an email saying I was approved and card was sent to me. Upon opening up mail to activate new card , was having issues with online activation so I called and was told they closed the account after approving me through the review process. So basically checked my credit report,issued the card then closed the account with NO explanation at all, was then hung up on after trying to contact customer support . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR CREDIT PULLED FOR NO REASON.
Feels like I was SCAMMED
I want to close all my accounts based on, not getting promised PC points, when opening account.
Then hit with inactivity fee of $20.00. Called to close account, could not because of a security flag put there by PC. Feels just like a SCAM......
