Jessica + Suzannah were able to expand upon my vision in ways which enhanced all aspects, from the look to the feeling and most importantly the effectiveness and overall reach I needed to take our business to the level.
Thrilled with our new website. Jessica and her team made the whole process very easy. They listened to the brief and understood what we wanted to achieve. As a result the first design option and colour scheme were spot on. They also provided copywritting for the whole site. This ensured that we had the same tone throughout, the right key words etc. I'm really pleased with the copy and how she captured my "voice". The two sides of the service really complimented each other.
Can't recommend PB&J enough!
I've recently had my website built by Jess and I'm absolutely delighted!
Totally efficient, helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, incredibly knowledgeable and patient!
An absolute joy to work with!
Since the site has been up and running, the support and efficiency has been first class. If I need something doing - it's done! An absolute breath of fresh air!!
Because of how easy things were, I've also been asking for help on other issues and projects, from Mailchimp and my newsletters to display banners, brochures, interactive image display boards, social media advice and help along with many other bits and pieces.
They are the whole package. Jess said to me at our first meeting "If I don't know it - I'll learn it" and this has been so true. Jess has found solutions to ALL I've asked of her.
If you need that extra pair of hands - PB+J are it!
Cannot recommend them enough!!
Jessica clearly understood my brief, as a result it has been easy and painless to role out the new site.
The first draft of the look and the feel of the site was spot on and Jesscia really undestood the complexities involved in the site. Throughout the process Jessica has always been there providing support and suggestions. I look forward to developing our site further with JB & J Web Design.
I started working with Jessica earlier this year when she offered to help fix a problem with my own company website that had been frustrating me for months.
She is now a dedicated partner to support me on a number of website projects. Jessica is incredibly responsive and solves problems quickly which helps me breathe a sigh of relief. She works to a very high standard to take client briefs and make them look great as well as function beautifully.
I continue to recommend Jessica to colleagues looking for website solutions.
Jess at PB+J design was brilliant. She helped us to built our e-commerce Foilboardshop co uk. Jess was very professional with extensive knowledge about website design, SEO, Marketing and Social Media. We were so impressed with PB+J design that we hired them for another project ;) Can highly recommend!
After spotting some page errors on our website, I contacted Jess for some advice. She quickly diagnosed that the site had been hacked on some malicious code embedded into the background pages. She quickly rescued what she could and recommended a removal tool to ensure that any remaining scripts were eliminated and protected for the future. Worrying experience but professionally dealt with by Jess.
