This was the first plan I ever had off a coach. All I can say is, Llew provides great insight, knowledge and the platform to achieve your goals and more! He’s always on hand to answer any questions or give you advice on what areas of your training can be improved to get the best results. With his help I managed to lose just under 8kg in an 8 week period. The results and his guidance have left me feeling fitter and both mentally and physically healthier than before. I would highly recommend getting in touch with him if you’re looking for a coach, you won’t be disappointed.

When I started at PB Fitness Academy I was not very confident in the gym and didn't feel good within myself. I have dieted for years and felt as though I was putting in a lot of effort (physically and mentally) without seeing the results I wanted.

Having Llew as an online coach has helped me massively with my confidence and perception of living a healthy lifestyle. Not only has my mindset and body changed for the better but I have learnt so so much.

I’ve been a member at the gym now for a few months. Great facilities, staff and people. The gym is suitable for any kind of fitness you’re trying to achieve. I especially find the new addition of the functional room useful as I play team sports and can do more specific exercises.

With the amount of “online coaches” doing the copy and paste method for their clients i can truly say that llew cares for his clients and want to change their lives. For the amount he charges is incredible for the return and reward that you get back

If you take a look on social media the results speak for themselves. Worked wonders for myself and can’t thank Llew enough, not just for the sheer detail in the personalisation of the training and diet plan, but for teaching me things that will stick with you going forward.

Honestly cannot thank Llew enough for the transformation over the last couple of weeks! He was always at the end of the phone if any questions needed answering no matter how many there were. He was always willing to adjust anything to suit my needs and always gave me that extra motivation if it was needed on some weeks. It’s the most confident I’ve ever felt as I never thought I’d be able to achieve the goals that I have, and it’s all down to him. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend :)

Being so welcomed and feeling safe at the gym was a big find for me and so glad to find it at the PB fitness academy. Since joining the PB fitness academy I’ve had a new relationship with food and the gym which I never thought I’d have. Thanks to the academy’s support I am now at a weight I haven’t been in over 4 years and have been able to maintain it. This isn’t a quick and easy fix, it’s changing simple things in your lifestyle for the better and trust me it’s hard and worth every penny!

You've only got to take a look at client results across social media, they speak for themselves! Llew is a highly motivated and dedicated coach and delivers each time. For a young person, his knowledge is second to none. Ive worked with him for around 7-8 weeks now, and not only has it changed me physically, but mentally aswell. The changes to my body are evidently clear. My approach to training and dieting has completely changed. Having self trained almost 15+ years alone, I took the plunge to educate and better myself, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I have learnt alot in a short span of time. No issue is too big or small. He is clear and transparent and delivers indepth with his diet and training plans. Regular check ins with regular updates on what is required. Llew offers an extremely professional service. With soo many 'personal trainers' in the industry at present, I cant recommend Llew enough!

Been working with Pb fitness academy & Llew for around 9 weeks now, and can honestly say it’s turned my training and food plans into an absolute pleasure! Nothing is too much trouble.. everything is explained, time is taken and he’s the friendliest, most uplifting person to speak with.. knows his onions inside out! He just gets what you want, and the results speak for themselves. Can’t recommend high enough.. can’t imagine not working with them!

When I first joined I was a little nervous. The name of the gym didn’t help, but that wasn’t the case. They guys are relaxed and friendly, they make you feel welcome and comfortable and at ease while there. Always willing to help with any questions you may have.

Llew is very friendly and approachable

I'm just coming up to 50 and have no desire to be old and overweight and there's only one I can control, I explained my goal and that I was keen you start immediately and within 24 hours I had an email containing a fitness and diet plan specific to me! Nothing generic! I feel comfortable enough already to reach out Llew with any questions I have and I have not once been made to feel like I am asking to much, and to be completely honest Llew seems just as, if not more excited about what I've achieved do far which is testament to his passions and dedication to his clients, I would quite happily recommend Llew / PB fitness you any one of any age.

PB Fitness Academy is by far the best experience I’ve had with any online coaching. The attention to detail within the programmes is value for money on its own without mention of the speed of communication to any queries as well as the positive attitude Llew has towards the deconstruction of exercise performance. If anyone is serious about improving not only their performance in the gym but also improving their mental health and well being, this is is the service for you.

I would explain my experience working with Llew as very professional and eye opening. Before starting up I worked out for around 3 to 4 years, in that time I would’ve said I knew what to do. After and during working with Llew it has truly opened my eyes on what I’ve been missing out on. Any questions I had he would be able to answer them and if there was anything I wanted to change at any point he would be able to accommodate. With the weekly check in sheets he really knows what I needed to do if that was to change my macros or to add any other excercises in. What I’ve learnt throughout the current 8 weeks of the plan is that he is as invested into the process as I was and gave me all the support I needed

After putting on some unwanted weight and losing the desire to train at the gym, I decided to contact Llew at PB fitness.
Llew got back to me with a great diet and training plan, and is always on hand to answer any questions I have, we are about 5 weeks in now and the changes to my body are already very noticeable and I have found love for the gym once again. Having someone there to talk to daily and having the amount of knowledge Llew does (literally knows everything 😅) really has helped to motivate me.
I would recommend the service to anyone, wether you’re just starting out or have been doing it for years and just want/need that extra push to hit your goals .. it’s worth every penny !
