My experience with payment has been quite pleasant through the whole process of having to set the system up and understanding how to use the device/software.
A big help was Viki who is my regional manager, she had helped guide me through everything and how to use the new payment till and system such as the card machine, the return parcels and collections.

He was extremely professional and made the process of setting up our new terminal very easy. He took the time to explain how everything works and ensured we were comfortable with the new system. Highly recommend his support for any retailer!
Integrated paypoint
It’s taken years for me to be convinced to take card payments as we have an ATM with Paypoint and love that we never need to bank. With our till system it’s now possible for me to have integrated paypoint and card payments through it so we may the jump. Susan took us through all step by step and stayed with us for a while making sure we knew all. Susan also introduced us to Love 2 shop vouchers for the store and showed us how my customers can lodge money into their account. So far so good thanks Susan and paypoint for bring more service my way

NEW CASH MACHINE DID NOT WORK AT ALL SINCE 11TH OF NOVEMBER THE PAYPOINT STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THE CASH MACHINE THAT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL EVERY SHOP KEEPER CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT YOU HAVE THIEF CALLED PAYPOINT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM YOUR SHOP ACCOUNTS
STILL NOT WORKING SO I STOPPED THE DIRECT DEBIT SI THEY CAN NOT STEAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I was advised to email instead
I was advised to email instead, as you can see below, but I received no response. I clearly explained the issues, requested a call back, and even provided my phone number — yet no one contacted me. After waiting, I tried calling again and spent around 40 minutes in the queue, only for the call to be cut off. During certain periods (around 1–2pm), it is not possible to call at all, as the line becomes unavailable.
This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable, especially for independent retailers who rely on timely support. When communication channels fail entirely — no email response, no call back, and calls being dropped — it becomes impossible to resolve issues. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating and does not reflect a company that values or supports small businesses.
