I received my kitty cat’s red velvet collar quickly. The price was great and she already had the pink leather kitten collar and she looked adorable in it. She had her spay and became a woman so I got her the adult red velvet. She is black and the collar looks good on her. I will probably get the cron tag when she turns 6 months. Just beautiful and high quality🐈‍⬛

Lovely products and great colour choices (we have three cats in different colours). We brought these as one of our cats took a disliking to the previous collars and ripped his off all the time; I’m so pleased that since using these collars he has left his collar on and doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. Great customer service which went above and beyond in communicating about delivery timescale. Thank you, will buy again!

My package arrived as predicted and Jane and Maria of customer service kept me apprised almost DAILY of the shipping progress. Such excellent service! The necklace will be a gift to my daugher and I think she will love it. It's absolutely adorable.

What a great company- I ordered two collars with name tags for my two Maine Coon kittens and they look like royalty on them. The quality is excellent and customer service is amazing! Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for something special for your cats.

I have been a P.C. customer for years and love their products. As of recent, I ordered a pet calming bed as a gift for a friend’s cat. Upon receiving the item, I was sadly disappointed. The bed was not up to its usual standard; it arrived flattened and not puffy at all. When I sent a photo to Jane, she immediately said that it was not acceptable and arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent to me. She checked in with me and made sure the problem was taken care of. The replacement bed arrived in great shape…..fluffy, puffy and comfy. Thank you Jane for your impeccable customer service.

I bought 3 tiny paw necklaces (gold, silver and rose gold) to represent my beloved cats that recently passed away. The necklaces arrived in good time and are so dainty and beautiful. Jane was the loveliest person to communicate with and so helpful. This companies customer service is the best I've ever come across, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

When I got a faulty tracking button in my email, I reached out to Pawsome Couture requesting another one so I could track the package that was headed to a friend whose cat had died suddenly. I got a prompt and helpful response from Jane who went above and beyond to assure me that my package would arrive safely. Jane went as far as checking in with me every day, since I couldn't see anything about the status of my package until it reached the U.S. Jane was so thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. More companies could take cues from her stellar customer care.

I ordered a necklace in what I thought was plenty of time for a deadline . However, it did take a bit longer to come than I had anticipated but that’s not the fault of the company, more waiting for Royal Mail to get their act together. They were incredibly efficient and timely in their response and followed up quickly on everything asked of them . When my order came it was exactly as I had hoped . Have no reservations in recommending them !

The piece that I ordered was out of stock but Jane from Pawsome Couture gave me the option of exchange, cancel, or wait until it comes in stock. I decided to wait until it was available again. Jane kept me well updated on during the process, she continually followed up, and she checked to make sure everything was in order when I receive the jewelry. Excellent Customer Service
I don’t think you can write an honest review unless you have had an issue. My parcel was lost en route by the courier. I contacted Jane at Pawsome Couture and she was a superstar. She reordered my item offered a good will gesture and tracked the new parcel from start to finish contacting me every couple of days. My order wasn’t high value but her customer service was second to none. When i received my order i was not disappointed such a beautifully crafted delicate bracelet which was a gift for my granddaughter. I will definitely be shopping here again . Thank you Jane.

Our bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. It was a gift for my daughter after loosing our precious cat. She was over the moon at receiving such lovely gift.

Waited for weeks to receive my package. The tracking number was never updated so I had no idea when or if I would receive it. Finally arrived and I opened the package and was shocked at the actual size of the kitty cat earrings I ordered. When they say itty bitty they truly mean it. They were so small that you can hardly identify them as cats.They certainly are no where near the size shown on line. Maybe ok for a small child or toddler but not suitable for an adult. Won’t order anything else.
