I would review the product but I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It's almost a month now! I have contacted them several times but still waiting for my order.
If it ever arrives I'll update the review but until then...........

Credo sia solo una presa in giro..nessuna mail arrivata con la fattura,nessun collare arrivato...ho inviato una serie di mail e ricevo sempre la stessa risposta...ho perso 60 euro per due collari mai arrivati e nessun rimborso...fate attenzione...

Ho acquistato il ciondolo più di un mese fa. E’ stato recapitato ad un indirizzo sbagliato in altra regione. Nelle risposte delle mail mi dicono solo di pazientare ed io ho buttato via 34 euro. Serietà zero assoluta.

Ordine effettuato più di un mese fa e non ancora arrivato. Continuano ad inviarmi dei tracking che si bloccano dopo poco. Contattato più volte il servizio clienti che, quando lo fa, risponde con risposte vaghe.

There is a factory actually named "baupaw" and is selling products for animals and I believe they are tricking out people, they make much publicity and nowhere you can find information.

Product was beautiful and customer service excellent

I am completely obsessed with this painted leather purse charm. The craftsmanship is next-level—the leather feels luxe, and the hand-painted portrait of my Great Dane is insanely accurate. It’s one of those pieces that makes people stop and ask who made it. I was so thrilled when the first one arrived that I didn’t even hesitate to buy a second!

Pretty poor customer service. For the cost of the charm, I’d go with someone else. I asked for a simple request to fix the eyes on my kitty as they looked dead-like and was told I needed to buy an entirely new one if I wanted a change. I think this was awful customer service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I will say both items were beautifully made and we're exactly what I ordered for my girl. Thank you they are two great products..

I love pawbau!! the craftsmanship is EXCELLENT!! I love my charms and will for many years. Would love this as a wallet or a leather picture frame!!!! You will not be disappointed. The tags were delivered within 3 weeks...during the holiday season too. The likeness is beautiful!

Helena completely captured Lady’s essence and spirit with her craft and produced a beautiful and unique piece for us. Helena also provided regular updates during the process and responded promptly when I replied to her email. I really enjoyed the short video Helena has on YouTube under Pawbau that introduces herself, her philosophy of her craft, and the process she employs to create each piece. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend to anyone that might be on the fence about if these pieces are actually as accurate and meaningful as they are portrayed to be.

Helena was very helpful and responded to me with updates on my order. She worked very hard to get my product out in time for Christmas. I love this company and their necklaces, my mom and I both have one.

I'm so delighted by the hand-painted pet portrait! It looks exactly like my girlfriend's late tuxedo cat, Apollo. She was so happy to receive such a quality gift to memorialize her sweet boy.

Helena made a wonderful painting of our dog Piper. My wife received it as her Xmas gift and was so happy with how it came out. Was better than I expected. So amazing!! Would definitely come back again
