Avoided at all cost, terrible company and completely disconnected themselves with any problems or delays. They say its “courier facilities” bla bla bla. A load of absolute rubbish!

I went to track my order and there is no tracking or customer support.
I believe this company to be a scam, especially after reading reviews!

Ordered two cat bags on August 16th and have not received them, but my $ was taken from my account when I ordered them. This company is a scam. I have emailed them twice with no response.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a cat handbag in August and have sent e-mails with no response. This company has horrible customer service. I don't even know if this bogus company even exists. It is now November 16th, and I still have not received my order or any communication with this company. STAY AWAY or you will get burned too! I wish I could give a rating lower than one star.

I am gobsmacked to read that so many other people have been scammed by this company. It's appalling really. On August 16th I ordered one of their cat handbags. They do not provide a Tracking Number, and to date I have never received my bag, nor have they responded to any of my e-mails. It is now Nov. 11th. Yes, it does make it worse because they claim to give monies to animal shelters. SHAME ON YOU! This company should be investigated and charged with fraud.

I ordered the cat gloves, they came and although not the pink marl as requested they are pink that's ok but they have a black mark in the weave these were not cheap £13.80 and were for a present. Shame they are nice.I have messaged three times no reply. I have put this item into dispute with my bank. Do not chance buying.

This is a SCAM.
i ordered a bag on AUGUST13, it is October 20 today. I have sent about 12 emails through their "page" under the "contact" section, and I have yet to receive any sort of reply. They blindly stole my money. This is so sad and disrespectful, and they claim to help animals which makes this even more sad and disturbing. Horrible people!!

I've had the same experience as everyone else on this page. Ordered a bag on 15 August and have not received it by 18 October. I have contacted them twice via their online form, no telephone number given. This is obviously a blatant scam. I have been waiting to see their advert on Facebook again so that I could post a negative comment but they appear to have vanished in a puff of smoke with everyone's money. Avoid like the plague.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 2 bags on 16th August, 1 as a present and as of 18th October not received. Got an email with an order number. Chased via Facebook portal and in a reply to the email confirmation they have sent but no response. Going to contact my credit card provider in the hope they can get my money back. Won't be ordering from Facebook ads again

No stars. Same as everyone else. Order comfirmed. Took my money, nothing received. Several emails written, no answer. A big scam, avoid.

Ordered somewhere beginning/half August.
I got a comfirmation mail on the order but after that nothing.
Tried their zendesk and their email adress to reach out about the status. No reply at all.

I too have been scammed by this company. On 17 Aug 2020 I ordered a handbag as a gift. I have emailed them 3 times since then to ask where my order is with no response. No phone number is available. It is shocking that a company such as this are scamming money from people, especially when they say they give 20 o/o to cat charities. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE UNLESS YOU KNOW THE COMPANY IS REPUTABLE.

Ordered handbag 17/8/20 received confirmation or order but no dispatch notification - emailed 3 times - still not received - still no answer to email SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered 2 bags. 17/08/20. Facebook Advert. Didn’t arrive. Got confirmation email. Used website portal to query. No reply. Used confirmation email to reply (Gmail address) to inform them I was going to apply for my money back.no reply. Requested chargeback from my credit card. They refunded me in full. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or risk your money.

I also ordered a handbag for my granddaughter on 19th August and received an order number but it has not yet arrived by 2nd October. An email that I sent has not been answered so I guess I have been diddled out of my money.

Ordered purse for granddaughter on August 17. Received order number but nothing after that. Attempts to contact company have elicited nothing.

Sadly I too appear to have been scammed, I put an order in on 19th August, and still have not received anything. I also received an order number, but as yet have never heard anything else! Very disappointing as I ordered a bag for my daughter-in-law’s Christmas gift, and thought I was helping to give something to a pet charity!!! Will be more careful in future and “bad mouth” this Company to my friends!!
