Pavlus Travel is always there to answer our questions specially Krissy(sad to say she resigned due to priority , her family)

Travel agent(s) and support staff have always provided quick and accurate information and responses to any questions or request for a cruise quote for either a cruise booking transfer from onboard booking ,or just an original booking, submitted by email.

We have used Pavlus several times now. Our agent, Lee, is always helpful, full of information, professional and friendly. We have enjoyed several cruises with the help of Lee and Pavlus. Great to work with.

Lauren has helped us with several cruises. She responds to my emails in a timely manner and answers my questions as well as shares her experience

Steve Osten was an excellent tour director. Hotels/lodges were great, itinerary was great.

The names are very similar, and I mistakenly left my feedback on the wrong profile. My review referred to poor service received from the above-mentioned company and was not in any way related to your organization.
