My experience of Pavilion Motors has been a very positive one.
The first visit to choose a car was very pleasant. All the salesmen couldn’t do enough for me especially Jimmy. He was incredibly informative and patient with me while I test drove multiple cars. He made sure I chose the right one and was happy with my decision before heading to the office to complete the purchase.
There were a couple of things that the car was missing, they immediately purchased the items prior to me leaving and fitted them before I went back to collect the car.
When I went to pick the car up I was requested to view and inspect the car fully before I drive away to ensure I was nothing but happy… I was.
I am so happy with the service that has been given throughout the whole experience and would use pavilion motors again.

Really regret buying my car here . Many issues that I was going to let go after they partially funded work I needed done after purchase ,The final straw was however when I found out I was charged around £1000 over value for the car. With a £450 warranty that didn’t pay for the cars issues and the remainder of the repair costs , I’m out of pocket by Aprox £1700 . A costly mistake that I won’t make again .

Amazing sales customer service, really easy to talk to about cars which I think is really important to finding the right vehicle for you! Done us a really good deal on a fabulous car, with warranty as well with garage need us.

0 Stars if I could. Where do I start? Made me pay for fuel on a test drive. Parked the car tight to other cars so that I couldn't see damage that I saw in online images however kept insisting the car was a "mint example pal." Tried not to let me test drive the car, as if that wasn't suspicious. Had to go to the office to visit the 'boss' so he could tell me he wasn't budging on price. Gave me the option of a warranty but immediately said "We can't sell this car without a warranty pal." If I don't want a warranty I shouldn't be held at ransom to pay for one. Also wanted payment of the warranty in cash and their website / booklet looks like it came off Wish. Tried to buy reviews from me and said "leave 10 good reviews and I'll take £10 off the price." £10? Catch a grip. I needed a lift back from the rental car park at the Airport which was 25 minutes away. I said I was getting an Uber and the 'bossman' said "My guy will follow you just throw him £30 instead." First of all that's more expensive than Uber and second of all the least you could give me was a lift after giving you upwards of £15k. Also got no thanks for my business as I was leaving. Never been so happy to leave a place in my life, it's like walking into a gang. 8 weeks later still waiting on the V5C which was issued "long time ago" but DVLA saying it was issued within the last week. Thankfully the car has been fine, only a few small issues since buying but nothing major to report. Avoid at all costs regardless. Horrible, horrible buying experience.

Amazing service will defo come back

Super friendly staff, filled out a test drive form and away I went on a test drive. Loved the car as it looked exactly like it did in the pictures and they gave me a great deal on it. Highly recommend

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought an insignia estate from these guys a few weeks ago, since Iv got it home Iv discovered problems and they do not want to rectify them. As soon as they’ve got your money, they’re not interested anymore. I’m taking them to court for my money back.
AVOID!

Just bought Pf67 golf from pavilion motors lads was cracking Tony and Bruce was great sales man

Bought A-Class two years ago things started going wrong after the first week contacted them they said return and we will mend it the sent somebody out to pick it up I wasn't at the address ask them where the transporter was they lied to me and said he was in service station they wasn't driving my car the car that was going to leave me wasn't taxed our i insured they told me they wasn't cowboys so I told them I sort mending myself 2 years and I am still having problems they are definitely cowboys and I would stay away

brought a mercedes A class a week or 2 ago, once i got home i took it to my local garage to get it checked out, i then found it had its miles clocked back + a gearbox fault and the paint work they quoted my £300 to fix will cost £3000, i called them and called them but no response so i drove down to them and tried to return the car as they promote “14 day money back” they then tried to charge me £1 per mile + £1000 “admin fee” and they did not refund me the warranty so overall i lost £2700, they were very threatening and aggressive . DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE (they also remove my last reviews)
