Been one month till haven’t received the iteams had no emails back after send 8 also message on the website to the chat to try and get to customer service will no luck don’t use them waste of money and time I have to not fill out a fraud claim against them
I placed my order on October 2nd. 2 months later, not even an email explaining why my order was never sent to me. I knew the brand from Amazon, but this was the first time ordering directly from them. Stay away from this shop
Ordered men’s boxers 28th October, they were quick to take payment yet had no confirmation email of order and did not receive my purchase. I would not recommend this company and advise anyone else against purchasing from them. Have tried several times to contact them to no avail!!
Items arrived extremely quickly. They are a great fit and amazingly colourful!
I have bought many pairs of ladies briefs and so far they all seem good. I bought my husband two pairs of boxers from the couples collection, one pair is fine but he took the other pair out of the washing basket today ( he has only worn them once) to wash them and they look like they have been caught on a seeing machine and someone has tried to mend them. The waistband looks frayed and so does the bottom of one of the legs. It is a shame that he didn't notice this when he first put them on. Waste of £14
Awful, I placed an order for some boxer shorts/trunks for my son for Christmas, unfortunately, I didn’t receive the full order. I contacted Paul Kenzie to see if they could resolve the issue, however, unfortunately they didn’t respond. So I’m very disappointed and I’m disappointed that I wasted my money
Hi, arrived after 6 weeks of ordering and 3 emails asking wheres my order! Delivered by a carrier who left my package by my front gate. Whoever delivered my package didn't even go to door to ring my doorbell! Thank goodness no rain that morning. I need say though that I'm very happy with the items I bought 😉
