i found it easy to navigate there website all the way through confermation of order with a prompt follow up e-mail. then getting my order when they said i would. the hats & coins are spot on , very nice.

I have had a great experience with every order I've placed with Patriot Depot. The quality of everything is top notch, from t-shirts to brass/bronze coins.

Product (hat) was of very high quality and shipped promptly.

I recently ordered a t-shirt and garden flag and couldn't be more pleased and happy with these! Loved the logo on both for the 250th anniversary of our great country! This is a great company to order from! Been a customer for some time and will most likely order again.

Their products are GREAT quality, prices are very fair and the selection is wonderful. I personally have bought 3 hats, commemorative coin, some fun pocket coins, and hope to buy more items in the future. God bless them for what they offer!!

I was waiting for a restocking of an item and when it was available I ordered right away. Once it shipped I was notified and was able to track it to delivery

I’ve ordered from Patriot Depot 4 times. The products are all top notch! The quality is amazing and made in the USA! I would definitely recommend purchasing from Patriot Depot! It does take a few extra days to receive your order but it’s a small shop trying to grow their business. They have my continued support! So worth the wait!

Great experience! I bought two hats and a couple of shirts, and everything was delivered quickly. The quality was solid, and the whole process was smooth. A reliable company with strong conservative values.

I have been waiting for my order for thee weeks now, I have sent you a complaint four days ago, no response, you charged my credit card and still no delivery or even the fact that my order will ever be delivered. If you want me to keep purchasing your products you should at least contact me. my order #PD724169.

Very poor service!! Their website says ships within 5 - 10 days, after 14 days the Shop App says delivered!! However I absolutely haven't received my product, I've reached out to Patriot twice and so far nothing but crickets!!! They certainly didn't hesitate to take my $178 though!! I guess my only resolution at this point is to at least file a complaint with BBB and then see if my credit card company can get my money back.

I believe this business is a scam. When I ordered on February 28 the site stated shipping would be in 7 to 10 business days. Well, it’s been over ten business days and I’ve haven’t heard a word from them about shipping. Deathly quiet once they got my money. It appears my resolve is to contest the charge on the card. This was a present for my grandson who lives in Germany. I ordered several other things for him form other retailers and they have all arrived. Don’t buy from these people.
