Firstly, the print is perfect. This is my second purchase and both prints have been beyond expectations -- exactly as described and beautiful artwork and printing. Lastly, they shipped on the requested delayed date and the package arrived flawlessly.

Good quality print but frame & postage could do better
The product received was well printed and followed the description online but the framing was a bit cheap and lazy. The back panel and clips was all low quality and felt like an Ikea frame. The parcel tracking was non-existent once it left the UK so I had no idea when to expect it.

Hi William, we're sorry to hear that you felt the framing was sub-par, but we can assure you that our frame supplier sources authentic fsc-certified wood, which is not something you would expect to find at Ikea. We also wanted to clarify that you were provide with end-to-end tracking, which tracked the shipment's journey the entirety of the way.
