I’m Mike Gonzalez, a Pattern Breaking Specialist and Executive Transformation Coach, and the founder of Path of Remembrance. I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers who are driven, committed, and exhausted. Not because they lack discipline or ambition. Because they’ve been directing all of that energy away from themselves for so long that stress and burnout have become their baseline. The pushing. The numbing. The achieving and feeling nothing. That’s not a strategy problem. That’s a pattern. My approach works at the nervous system level. Not through more optimization, better frameworks, or trying harder. Through reconnecting with yourself so deeply that the drive you already have starts moving in the right direction. Toward presence. Toward clarity. Toward a life that actually feels like yours. I came to this work through my own journey as a Professional MMA Fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. I spent years performing at a high level while running on empty. What changed everything wasn’t discipline. It was reconnecting with myself. Learning to stop abandoning myself in pursuit of the next win and starting to create from a place of presence instead. That’s the work I do with every client. Breaking the patterns. Remembering who you are underneath them. And learning to create the fulfilling life you actually envision.
