There was a lack of delivery information from the beginning. The T-shirt traveled across half the planet, and there is no warehouse in Europe. It almost feels like a print-on-demand product.

Considering the quality, I find the price to be a bit too high.

The package arrived in a black plastic bag and wasn’t very well packed.

As a consumer, the overall experience wasn’t very satisfying, and I’m not sure I would order again.

Also i couldn't imagine if the size or product is damaged, you get into a tunnel because there's no support or customer service. Feel free to order; it's great on social. The marketing is very high, the content looks good, and everything looks great, but at the moment we can not consider it as a "brand"

I am very disappointed with the quality of the products.

As running apparel, the long-sleeve top feels excessively thick and heavy, making it uncomfortable for running.

The pants are also of poor quality, with many loose threads and inaccurate stitching throughout.

Overall, the products do not meet my expectations in terms of quality and performance.

This is the second review i make for this site. The first time it was a 2star review now it turned into a 1star. After my first review they decided to finally reply to my emails and they assured me that by the end of the week they will ship my order which of course didn’t happen. Its been 19 days now since I placed my order and I have zero updates. Unacceptable, disappointing and definitely not recommended

Delivery was efficient and no issues. Sweats look exactly as shown and are very good but I will say one thing is the quality is slightly lacklustre. They feel somewhat, cheap, which for the price that was payed, I’m not sure is right. Don’t get me wrong they look good, and the quality isn’t really an issue. I’d just say if the price is this high, the quality should match. Or if the quality is this low, the price should match. Overall, nice pair of sweats, comfortable, looks good, just feels, cheap when worn.

Patencials has become my favorite running sports brand clothing to wear and is due to multiple things such as their incredible customer service, they are super quick to respond to all emails and super helpful for all issues I had with returns and orders. The quality of the clothing is also the best I have worn and for a great reasonable price. I have become a huge fan over the last few months and their drops are only getting better each time.

Quick shipping and great customer service

Amazing customer service. Fast replies, clear communication, and a real willingness to help. Everything was handled perfectly — irréprochable from beginning to end. This level of care really stands out.

Their clothing looks super cool!! I have ordered on the 28th of november and received it on the 16th of January. There was something wrong with a shirt so they emailed me and gave me the choice to upgrade my item for free. After a few weeks that same item also had a problem so I have asked for my money back(I haven’t received it). The delivery took ages and it seems like they don’t even have an idea on an estimated delivery time. They said multiple times “it wil be shipped this week” but every time it wasn’t shipped that week. The quality is SHIT my friend wore the shirt 1 time and the design is already letting loose. I have tried to mail them about it but I haven’t gotten a reponse.

Hoodie looks great! Quality is decent on first inspection. Had to return as it was a bit small, too short and the arm cuffs were very tight (I have skinny wrists myself). FYI, I’m 180cm and ordered a small - this is a size which almost always fits me in a hoodie like this.

Delivery is long and expensive.

I’ve had a good experience with the customer service when requesting a return - no AI nonsense. Also, they respond quickly on social media.

The products are honestly amazing, excellent quality, great fit, and premium feel. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials.

There is still some room for improvement when it comes to shipping times and order processing, but in my experience, their customer service has always tried to help and find a solution, especially through Instagram, where they are responsive and transparent.

I’ve had a couple of different issues in the past, both related to payments and shipping, and although it sometimes took a bit of time due to what seems like a high volume of requests, everything was eventually resolved fairly and professionally.

It’s understandable that response times can be a bit slower given the demand, but what really matters to me is that they take responsibility and always work towards a solution.

Overall, great products and a brand with a lot of potential. I’ll definitely keep supporting them.

Il mio voto sarebbe di 5 stelle se solo rispettassero i tempi di consegna. Ho ordinato 2 pantaloni corti, 3 magliette a maniche lunghe e 2 paia di calzini; i prodotti sono ottimi, a partire dalla grafica bellissima fino alla qualità veramente buona. Purtroppo la spedizione e il servizio clienti è da 1 stella. Inoltre per la merce arrivata in ritardo ho ricevuto un buono di 20 dollari per un futuro acquisto… bene, questo codice non era funzionante. Sono molto deluso da queste cose, se migliorate il servizio alzerò il mio voto.
