Excellent Customer Support and Quick Resolution
I recently used PassportPhotoLive to generate a passport photo for my Indian passport renewal application. The Indian passport website has very strict requirements and the photo must meet ICAO standards to be accepted.
Initially, the photo generated through the tool did not pass the ICAO validation on the passport application site. However, after I shared my feedback, their support team quickly reached out to me and helped resolve the issue. They worked with me to correct the photo and generated a new version that met the required standards and was successfully accepted.
I really appreciate how responsive and helpful their support team was. Issues can happen with any tool, but what stood out to me was their willingness to follow up and make sure the problem was fixed. Because of their help, I was able to move forward with my passport renewal without further trouble.
Overall, a good service backed by a team that cares about customer success.
