I not only have so many positive things to say about Jaimie M but want to share my experience with her, who played a crucial role in helping me pass my driving test. From our very first lesson, she was patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She tailored each session to focus on my specific needs, ensuring I felt confident and prepared for the test. Her clear explanations and constructive feedback made all the difference. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to learn how to drive! Jaimie has a heart of pure gold and is such a good person that there is no way I can fit it all on here 🥰

I passed today with 4 minors thanks to Jaimie Maloney. She has been a fantastic instructor from start to finish. She reassured me at each step, understood what I needed during each lesson and definitely helped me stop overthinking all the time! Wow, if you told me 3 years ago I’d be driving I’d just laugh in your face but today I passed my test first time with 2 DFS. I couldn’t have done it without Jaimie Maloney, i was a nervous wreck about driving couldn’t even get in the car without having a panic attack but with Jaimie’s reassurance & confidence that’s all behind me.
I can finally take my kids out and have my own freedom. Definitely going to miss our weekly catch ups. One of the most down to earth people you’ll ever meet and I’ll always be thankful for what you’ve done for me.
Highly recommend to anyone you’ll not get any better.

Passed first time today with Jaimie Maloney with no minors/faults, I started my lessons nervous & now I'm more than confident & that is all down too Jaimie, she's been amazing from the get go & will miss our laughs on the lessons! Jaimie only had a short time to work with me but got me at pass level in no time. I can't thank Jaimie enough for the confidence & knowledge she has given me!

I passed first time today. Owen was the best instructor, I can’t thank him enough. He was so calm and patient, made me feel comfortable on all of my lessons. He was always reassuring when I made mistakes and made me feel confident. I enjoyed all of my lessons and I’m so grateful Owen was really encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone!

My son was learning with Passfaster for months and paid around £800 for his lessons.
He was booked in for his test in January 2025. In the mean time, his instructor told him he was moving to Formby.
He did however state that he would honour my son’s test, given that was only weeks in between this.
The upshot of this is, my son tried to contact his instructor who took ages to get back to him and then when he did reply, he said he now couldn’t honour the test as the distance was too far!
We now have to fork out to hire a car from Arnold Clark in order to try and get my son through his test.
We all know how difficult it is to secure an instructor these days and with the timeframe, this just wasn’t possible.
Lots of money spent, with no outcome.
I feel this is outrageous and maybe it was the fact that my son was only 20, that it was easy to be so dismissive.
Very poor customer service indeed and ironic given the name of the company

I would highly recommend this driving school .... I passed my test today 31/10/24 first time ..... I would like to thank my instructor Jaimie Maloney she is an absolute diamond she has the patience of a saint she is beautiful inside and out nothink was too much for her if there was something I struggled with she would go over it time n time again until I got it right I enjoyed every lesson I had with her I felt that I learnt something new every lesson I had .... Thank you so much Jaimie you definitely are the best xXx

Passed first time thanks to Jaimie. I don't believe I could have passed first time without an instuctor as good as her. Can vouch for reviews and say that Jaimie is surely one of the best instructors around. Would highly recommend.

I found Chris Browne to be a great instructor, much better than my previous instructor. He knows what you need to do to pass the test and teaches you that. He’s a sound bloke, had some good conversations with him alongside the learning.

Absolute shambles’s of a company full of liars and time wasters the saying you get what you pay for is right. Cancel lesson due to car being in the garage can’t be helped. Rebook then text to change time 30 minutes before missed the text front door was open but to lazy to knock on the door just drove off. Message the instructor twice then decided 10 days later decided to reply with “contact the office”. Same attitude from the office have to believe the waffle the instructor was chatting. Text messages are not proof and cctv from outside my home are not good enough to be believed. So don’t bother with CHRIS if he’s to lazy to get out of the car then say he’s self employed so he lost money well lazy bones knock on the front door won’t lose money

I’ve passed first time with Jaimie, she is patient, understanding and makes the whole experience that much easier for any new driver. Jaimie is reliable and I would highly recommend her. Thank you.

I have had three driving instructors over about 4 years due to Covid; life gets in the way. I was recommended Chris Brown by a friend, he’s a great driving instructor, best I have had, excellent at teaching, great communication, and all round, a nice person. I would recommend to anyone.

I passed my driving test today with the help of jaimie maloney and time with friends in my own car. Jai is truely amazing, shes very patient and reliable. I cant reccommend her enough. Made a friend for life.....thank you so much jai❤️

I was recommended jaimie maloney through my partner I took a 26hour course which took me 4days and 2hours today I took my test and passed first time with 2 minors can’t thank jaimie enough for getting me ready in such a short time brilliant instructor I would highly recommend
