Long wait, ultimately product not delivered and received the refund. Please don't buy from this merchant in case you are ordering from outside India.

The product that i baught was quite expensive and the product i recieved was so a substandard. The most embarrasing situation for me as I had bought it for a friend. I would not buy again

I was charged right away for my purchase on January 4th but the items were not shipped until Jan 29th after I contested the charges on my credit card. Very poor communication with no useful information. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered through their app via google playstore. Very happy with the shawls and the delivery. I had ordered 3 faux pashmina for gifting purpose. The quality is amazing (considering its faux pashmina). I didn't expect it to be this nice. I received the delivery within 6 days of ordering and my delivery location was Assam. I live in the US so was a little worried if it will be sent on time. Kudos to team Pashtush. Also, they describe all the terms and conditions and relevant details so please read them before ordering so that you know what to expect. The boxing was amazing. Looking forward to ordering again.

The company Pashtush and its product are just hyped by their own people and putting fancy pics of the products on their portal.
Most likely all their reviews are fake as well.
There is zero customer service. The product quality is just like some roadside shop and is unnecessarily priced 5 times. The actual product when received does not look even 20% similar to the images.
For exchange or refund they are trying to avoid and there is no pickup facility. Even some of the email ids and phone number are non existent. They seem to be a mere shop without any support system.

This company has an underhand way of ripping off potential customers. Say a price says $100AU then there is a note saying that the item will be converted to the equivalent US$ at the checkout. They then proceed to charge you $100US! This is not the same,ITS ABOUT TWICE AS MUCH AS AU$. NO sale to me.

La qualité est bien mais les taxes de livraison sont facturées 2 fois, l'écharpe coûte 42 euros il faux rajouter 39euros à l'achat mais quand le transporteur arrive il faut s'acquitter de 39euros de plus pour récupérer la livraison ce qui fait cher pour une simple écharpe. Impossible de dialoguer avec le service client, ni de se faire rembourser une fois la taxe de livraison.. Arnaque.. escrocs.
Je déconseille !

Do not use Pashtush online. They never shipped my shawl. No matter how much I tried to get a refund as they say package is lost I never received it. It’s the worst service I ever used online. I think they are not trustworthy and would never use them again

Delivery was so fast and accurate. The men's mufflers are absolutely stunning. I purchased many so I didn't take the chance of the being sold out or discontinued. I am thrilled with them.

Customer service is very slow and it seemed like ages when someone would finally reach out with one sentence and again vanish into thin air, and not come back till almost more then 24 hours. Maybe they are really busy out there but should they deal with one customer at one time?
