When we received the package
When we received the package, it was horrendous. There were holes all over the box. And when opened it to install it, parts were bent and wouldn't sit right.

We apologize for this issue, as this order was marked "damaged in transit" by the carrier.
Additionally, the customer was fully reimbursed for their order when we received the item back.
Part delivered broken, made me pay shipping to send it back...
The part was delivered to me broken because it was packaged incorrectly. It took days to get in touch with someone, then another week to get an RMA code to send the unit back.
They made us pay for shipping to return the damaged unit.
I’ll never buy from the business again.
I found the piece I bought on Amazon for a lower price and had it delivered to me in a timely manner, packaged correctly.
I hate to buy from Amazon when I could support another business, but this company lost mine.

Additionally, the customer never returned the item as of their writing of the review in September. Thus the customer was never issued a refund.

3 of the 4 bulbs did not work refund a hassle
3 of the 4 bulbs did not work and getting a refund once the non-working bulbs were sent back and signature was verified was difficult. I had to use pay pal to force the refund :(

PartzShop sent defective Lennox 12J90 Hard Start Kit. They have not responded or sent a Replacement
Purchases Two (2) Lennox 12J90 Hard Start Kits. Original order damaged in shipment because items were not packed with protection. Items were returned and refunded.
Re-Ordered Two (2) 12J90 Lennox Hard Start Kits Again. *One of the Kits I had returned damaged was "re-sent to me " The packing I put in the box was there. The same connectors were bent and the wiring was damaged. The installation instructions with mounting screws are also missing.
I sent three (3) requests to replace the one (1) damaged Hard Start Kit. No response or replacement has been received by me. Why? Unacceptable because I purchased them to install in my two condensors and cannot because one (1) is inoperative or damaged.
PartzStop should make this right and replace the damaged 12J90 Hard Start Kit

SHIPPING SNAFU
Was told item was being shipped via USPS with a tracking number provided. A week later no further updates from the USPS. Sent an email telling partzstop about no further shipping info from the USPS. Was told the item was NEVER SHIPPED OUT by the shipping department. You issued another tracking number for the item to be sent by UPS/FEDEX don't remember witch. I got the item a few days later. ps - I also called the post office in Illinois and was told they never got the original USPS tracking number. Other than that, am pleased with the UV light. Fortunately, I didn't need the UV bulb urgently.
