I submitted an order for a part for my lawn mower and received a response 8 days later that parts of my order were not available. I felt this was suspicious since I only ordered 1 part. When I attempted to call them for info I kept getting an automated response that the call could not be completed at this time. Due to my lack of trust I cancelled the order. I am now waiting for a refund to my credit card.
Ordered 2 springs for a governor. At the time there was no mention of not having one of the springs. 8 days later I get an email saying they don't have one of the springs but it should be in soon. Several days later I call them and am told it should be shipping out in the next day or so. As of now 21 days later nothing has been shipped. I recommend using anybody else if time is of any concern. I have asked to just cancel my order at this point.
We needed a part for our Ryobi chainsaw. A customer Service rep heard my description of the issue and sent three parts. They were completely wrong, and two of them were the same part! The shipping was very high, and return shipping was customer paid. The diagram available to the customer to identify the right parts is completely inadequate, showing the machine from only one angle.
the cost of shipping is too high. I bought an $18 part and it cost $11 to ship and took 11 days to go from Texas to Wisconsin? I could have drove myself, took a week of vacation then 2 more days to drive back in the same amount of time pathetic!
Got the correct part on the first try. Was unable to do that ordering from the manufacturer. Great part, decent price and fast shipping. Looks like oem part also. Am happy with purchase and seller both.
I have ordered here several times and it's always been a great experience. I saw someone complained about freight shipping costs, wake up. If you order something online that has to ship freight then it's gonna cost ya. Their normal shipping is a reasonable price and these are good people. Their call center people are total pros who really care.
I recently ordered a replacement carburetor and a set of mower blades for my Toro mower from PartsTree.

We ordered a part from partstree.com - shipping was covered - everything was paid for. The next day we got an email stating that we would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $400, from what I ALREADY PAID, for shipping the part. While I can understand some parts are more expensive to ship, why was this cost not provided during the checkout process?? Nothing was mentioned about this. Shipping was selected and paid for and included in my total, that I PAID FOR, at check out. Any other company that I purchased items that require freight shipping SHOW it clearly on their website and what I pay at checkout reflects that shipping cost. I NEVER had a company change the shipping cost AFTER I paid. This company is a scam doing the old bait and switch. And after some research, this seems to be a common tactic that this company does and has been doing for years. This has to be illegal, right?
(And I really don't need the company replying with their b/s copy/paste answer - no excuse for this scam other than a crap company!)
How does your company justify selling me an item, putting a hold on my card then instead of a shipping confirmation, sending an email from Melissa saying "its gonna be an additional $50 for shipping because the item is bigger than we thought"? You don't know the size of the items you are selling? That's some BS.
Have used multiple times over the years and have never one time been dissatisfied!!! The order, customer service, pricing, schematic drawings are all on spot and super easy to use!!
I ordered the handle assembly for jonsereds chainsaw I originally bought it from tractor supply so I went to them first those morons were no help like always so I tried another supplier had it on order for three weeks it kept getting delayed finally found parts tree on the net placed order and had it in 3 days this place is awesome really great service especially when jonsereds brand has been discontinued would order again no doubt
