They said my order would ship in 3-4 days! They charged my credit card on the day of the order. Many pnone calls and emails later (which were all lies and took two weeks) they sent an email saying it would be another 3 weeks until it would be shipped!! I cancelled and asked for a refund and it was finally refunded 2 weeks later with an "ADJUSTED TOTAL" WHICH COT ME $45!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

If this review will stop just one person from ordering from Parts Engine it was worth the time it took to write.
Do not deal with this site! Do not be tricked by their low price and promise of stock.
You will get only 2 things. Poor communication and no product delivery. I was one of the lucky ones that got my money back after they claimed a “glitch/error” in their system and could not fulfill the order at the purchase price. Other review writers were not so lucky. It was comical that they offered me a one time coupon code for a future purchase!
Do yourself a favour and shop around, don’t be tempted to take a chance as you will only end up writing your own negative review.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ever. They sold us brand new faulty rims and when we notified them of the danger they put our family in and the major error, they denied any wrongdoing and essentially said “too bad, go away.” Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. Take your money somewhere safe. Don’t make the same mistake as us. This is a very dodgy operation.

They take your money, promise free shipping anywhere in Canada but then add "surcharges", don't communicate, sell that they don't have, refuse to refund.
Credit card company says they are scammers.

Ordered a bedstep on dec 21st and the order said there were 2 in stock and order was processed. Jan 13 called and they said they would check with the warehouse. Called Jan 21 and they said there were none in stock and they had no idea when they would get them from the USA. Terrible service. I cancelled the order. I sent 2 emails for follow up and I never heard back

Surprisingly good five star experience from supportive services and smooth delivery. As a first time buyer, I never expect such good customer support and smooth transactions at a very good price. They are professional and willing to help. Will continue to purchase for sure.

I ordered two wheels last October that were listed as "in stock". I then received an email on November 5th stating that my "Special order" had been placed with the manufacturer and that they would update me when the order passed their warehouse. It has now been 11 weeks since the initial "special order" email with no update and my emails to customer support have had no reply. Looks like I will have to work with Visa to get my money back as there is no communication with the company and no indication that anything is being sent.

Terrible experience, will never order from here again.

Terrible customer service - do not answer the phone (and phone options do not go anywhere), do not respond to emails, refund for non-shipped item not processed, alleged website "live-chat" not functional...
