I ordered my dishwasher part in plenty of time of me to receive it and install before Easter when we have a lot of people coming over. My part was delayed several times and when I finally received it, they sent the wrong part. Not only was it the wrong part but for a different appliance all together. I contacted customer service and it took a while for them to understand that I did not order the incorrect part. They are sending me the correct part (hopefully), I asked if they could next day it because it was their fault. They said because of the holiday I won't be able to receive it until next week sometime. Guess I don't get a dishwasher for Easter.

If I had the option of no star that's what this company would get. I had ordered some parts and then sent them back cuz I know longer needed them as they took forever to show up.. they had received the return on March 7 2025 and today is March 25 and I still have not got my refund... every time I call them I get the run around of give us 10 days, now give us 3 days. I just talk to the lady and now she wants me to wait 5 more days. This is bs. You have your dam parts now give me my dam money!

My order AFTER confirming it with an email and didn’t tell me they’d cancelled it. Stranded me with no part. Why didn’t you tell me you cancelled it? That’s an “F”. Only discovered this when the paver showed up. Blew my install.

poor service ,I've ordered surface burner receptacle and was surprised to receive a plastic cheap product in lieu of the ceramic one they've in their product specification when i ask to return they said it will be done at my expenses bunch of scammers

I ordered a part for my washer using the model number. Their online system suggested the wrong part and it did not fit. They will not offer a full refund even though the mistake was on them. Do not trust the parts list on their site. Good chance you will get the incorrect part and out the cost of the purchase. Look elsewhere for a reputable parts supplier. Partsselect.ca. is not reputable.

I have to admit, I was leary in ordering an expensive ($500) part online, not knowing the co. and preferring to deal with local companies, but the part I needed was not available locally. Put the order in on a Sunday at 1:30am, the part arrived undamaged the following Tuesday at 8:00 am. So I am giving a 5 out of 5 for great service.

Ordered a very small simple part for my washing machine 3 weeks ago, based on the website stating how quickly they send parts. Paid as much for shipping as I did for the part. Asked for any tracking info after a week and no reply. Finally see tracking but it has been 3 weeks and a second email again fell on deaf ears. Very poor customer service and slow delivery. Hope it gets here eventually but nobody can tell me either way.

Ordered a fridge relay. Stated not in stock, however parts on order. After paying an ordered message stated backlog (we’ll update on availability) 2 weeks later I contacted their service department. I was informed it gets here when it gets here. I kindly ask how long had they had the order in…week, month, years. He couldn’t give me an answer. So basically it could already have been on order for a year maybe two. 3 weeks have gone by and I’ve contacted them three times with no reply’s. You would think they would contact their manufacturer or distributors on this part and have a window date. Very unsatisfactory! No help whatsoever. Never again!

September 4, 2024. I ordered on line on Partselect.ca and the parts for my dryer arrived very fast (24h) and they were exactly as described and fitted perfectly. Thanks to the "how to" videos. I am a 63 y.o. woman with no skills on appliance repair. My stacked dryer is now running perfectly (and I saved a couple of thousands !). I totally recommend partselect.ca !

I ordered an oven element and they happily took my money and shipped it within a week and a half. Turned out, the part was not the problem. It was something else as I installed it, but it did not turn on or heat up at all. I return the product with insurance at my own cost and was denied the refund they were saying it was installed. It’s true I installed it. I had to see if it worked, but it did not energize. Long story short after three phone calls and three emails they totally ignored me. No emails back no phone calls back. These guys are crooks. FYI, I waited patiently for a couple of months to see if I would get a resolution but still not as of August 9, 2024. Go to your local hardware store Instead for your purchases, this company is not worth it

A button holder without the button ??? How greedy must you be to sell parts this way?
Totally overpriced, including shipping for 3 items : $115, and this for 3 pieces of plastic maybe worth 15 cents. If I can avoid it I will never use your website again and I will advice anybody who will listen against it.

Called about a 25.00 part rinse aid lid for Bosch dishwasher replacement not fitting right they told me return the part that means I have to take it out after they send me a return envelope mail it back and wait for new part this makes it sound like I am going to make money on this part if I keep it they just couldn't seen a new one give me a break I guess the money is going to bankrupt them.

On top of the best people on the phone, the delivery time is 1 day, better than Amazon!!! Parts are always correct and packaged safely. Can’t say anything bad, and will use this company for all my appliance part needs!! Great company, and team members!!

Double the price for the same part from the manufacturer's website.

In September 2023 I ordered a handle for my GE microwave. I called 11 times cause it was on backorder . In the meantime Parts Select sent a small white "support" that apparently goes with the handle. Yesterday, 6 months+ later I cancelled the order. But you only credited me for the handle portion. I just called, spoke to Kimberly and she offered a credit. The item is $10.00 and shipping it back would cost more. I asked her to send me a return label like Amazon does and she said "we don't do that". So now I am out $11.30 (tax included) and stuck with a part I did not order (I ordered a friggin handle and they added a part that they determined was needed). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
No taking of responsibility of a problem THEY created. I would NOT recommend dealing with an unscrupulous company like this

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Read some reviews and now I wonder if they were even real. Ordered parts and waited almost a whole week for any confirmation of shipment, emailed to where the order was. Cancelled a week later then a hour later it sent me an order confirmation after I clearly cancelled. Not impressed at all.

I wish I could put zero star review. This company is a scam/fraud. They advise you to order parts that are not even what you need and tell you they will fully refund you if it’s not the right parts. Once you call and tell them it’s not the right part they ask you to send them pictures and say no problem we will refund you but never do. You call because you didn’t get the refund and they pretend they never got the pictures even if the previous person you spoke to confirmed she got the pictures. They constantly use this tactic to not refund you. I disputed the transaction with my credit card to get the refund because obviously they have no plans to refund us. Do yourself a favour and never ever buy anything from this company unless you are 10000% sure it’s the right part but even that I don’t guarantee you that you won’t get scammed but them. I seen them replying here to people saying they want to solve the issue but believe me it’s only to pretend to look legit. I am almost certain the positive reviews here are all scams. They are all very good at being nice and pretending to want to help you but they are all con artists. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Ordered replacement glass for my oven door. Arrived two days later well packed and it fit perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Ordered a dryer rebuild kit. I seen the same kits on Amazon.ca for between $29.95 and $35.99. 4 wheels a belt and another white pulley. I paid $153.+ shipping was also on there. Received only two whees and the white pulley attached to a bracket and the belt. The bracket was not the correct one but was able to take off the pulley and use it.
They told me the reason they were 5 times as expensive was OEM parts. I find out after all these parts are from the one factory no matter who sells them. Called customer service and the message was no one to answer the phone. Sent an email and haven't heard back.

The ability to even have the part I required , pricing great, received the part quite promptly and the video of actually the proper way to install yourself. Great !
