Ordered a new fridge door seal which…
Ordered a new fridge door seal which arrived in its original box, which had been folded in half to fit in a smaller box. Door seal did not fit correctly and didn’t give an air tight seal. I emailed to return the seal, and received a patronising email back. It has been over 2 weeks now of emails and phone calls and I still have not been able to return the part, which is not fit for purpose. A total shambles.

Your asking me for a review but I am still awaiting the part , ordered back in Nov money has been taken for it, rang a few wks later to find out what is going on to be told the part is not in stock and they were surprised the money had been taken, so as yet still waiting no part received.!!!!
I have received the part eventually in January, long wait but all good.

Fridge door hinge
Fridge door kept hitting the cabinet next to it. Ordered hinge which came within 24 hours, fitted it, and the result a door which now opens perfectly. Extremely pleased with the results.

Ordered part 15 days ago as Indesit website didn’t have the element in stock. Ordered two previously from Amazon & ESpares but they were the incorrect ones. As soon as Indesit website had the item in stock I ordered it. I’ve chased it up three times now, the first time was 8 days after I ordered it & I was informed it would be dispatched that day. I called again 13 days after to be told it was dispatched two days before as they didn’t have it in stock. Still waiting or it to arrive after having called again…….
