Great delivery experience
First BMW, really good experience getting it delivered.
It’s an EV through my work from a fairly fiddly scheme. This meant I had to chop and change the delivery date a couple of times to fit the company rules.
Lucy helped with the delivery and was fantastic, really really helpful and walked me through the process.
Just wanted to say thanks to Lucy and the rest of the delivery team for getting it all sorted.

Definitely made the right choice choosing Partridge BMW
What a wonderful bunch they are at Partridge - to be treated like a valued customer is quite a wonderful thing.
I don't change cars too often and I generally find the experience of changing a car quite stressful - there is a lot of paperwork these days especially - but Raj and his colleagues made the entire process very straightforward - as well as making it pleasant too.

I purchased my BMW from Patridge…bad sales experience
I purchased my BMW from Patridge (approved used)on 1st of March 2023 sold with a BMW dealership history only to find out when I'm trading up for a newer model with a different BMW dealership my car had missed a main dealership service carried out and my car was therefor devalued as one of the service was done by a BMW Specialist and I was allowed a reduced price when trading up for a newer model
When I asked Patridge about it they said that it doesn't matter where the car is serviced either by a BMW Specialist or even Halfords would do as long as BMW parts are used
They did offer to buy the car back but at a price that didn't feel fair

We understand one of our senior managers is in direct contact as Partridge sold this vehicle, being an Approved Used Car with a full service history. By way of clarification, the vehicle history does not have to be completed in full by a main BMW dealer. Under block exemption, a manufacturer cannot stipulate that a car is maintained by its network. We are sorry to hear that you have been misinformed by another source with different information, which is incorrect. Please be assured that the vehicle had a full service history at point of sale and was supplied with a supported BMW warranty.
Furthermore, we understand Partridge have offered to purchase this vehicle at its full value and look forward to hearing further from you.

Top class service and customer care
I've had a great experience dealing with the Corporate Deliveries team. Since playing my order, Lucy has been very good and promptly replied to any email queries I had, and also arranged the delivery date according to my needs. When the day came, there was a problem with delivery driver availability outside Partridge BMW's control, but Stephanie swiftly let me know what was going on and was very apologetic. The delivery was arranged for the next day at my place of work. Altogether, great service and thoughtfulness towards the customer. The delivery driver was also very knowledgeable about the car.
