Partridge BMW Omdömen 

I completely forgot to leave a review after we bought a BMW i8 from Partridge in February 2025. It does mean I can review their car and service with the benefit of six months of use.

In short, the car has been great and covered 7,000 miles since we've had it. It's exceeded our expectations and has been a great daily driver.

We purchased the car from 400 miles away, hadn't seen it apart from photos and a video and only saw it upon collection. Everything was as described and it was a great drive home.

Alex Watts handled the sale from initial enquiry through to close. He was a pleasure to deal with, answered all questions with straight answers and volunteered information.

We'd have no hesitation in purchasing another car from Alex and Partridge even if it meant another 800 mile round-trip.

I had such a smooth and positive experience thanks to Zdenek at BMW. He really went above and beyond to make sure my leasing application was handled quickly and efficiently. Zdenek personally contacted them for me, which sped up the process massively.

He explained everything clearly so I always knew what was happening, kept me updated on the progress, and made sure I had a clear picture of what my new car would look like before it arrived. He also arranged for Lucy to support me with the delivery, and together they made sure everything was organised perfectly.

Every question I had was answered, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and because I was able to get in touch with Zdenek directly, the whole process was completed on time without any stress.

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service both professional and personal. Huge thanks to Zdenek and Lucy for making the whole journey of getting my BMW so seamless!

The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish - the Corporate Deliveries Team have been really helpful and the car itself; 2025 Mini Copper SE is awesome - I have a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel.

Overall it was a great experience dealing with Partridge BMW for my new X3, the team were very helpful and on hand to answer any queries. A special mention goes to Alex and the parts team for going that bit further and managing to source me a boot liner and fitting it into the vehicle just before it was transported to me.

Jason Young was exceptional—honest, responsive, and always available whenever we had questions or needed support. The entire experience was genuinely excellent.

Awful, awful customer service. My BMW is due to outstanding safety recalls, it had taken over 5 months to try and get the work done and I’m still no further along. The parts needed to come from abroad and the dealership wanted me to leave the car there without offering a courtesy car. I had to kick up a fuss and put in a complaint and escalate it to be allowed to drive my car away quoting the law and advising they had no legal right to do so. Finally the parts have arrived and they agreed to lend me a courtesy car for the day whilst they complete the work (had to wait almost a month for the privilege) and then two day before they messaged me to say the courtesy car is no longer available. BMW should
Be ashamed to lend there name to this dealership. Guaranteed if I was buying a car I would be treated like a king but because I’m not they aren’t interested and have no regard for BMW drivers. I would avoid this place like the plague because in my experience if you have a problem they certainly won’t want to help resolve it.
11/07/25: took the car in because I was told the parts had arrived got a call towards the end of the day to say that the parts arnt due for another few weeks, clearly the departments don’t communicate the saga goes on!

I took delivery of a brand new BMW IX3 through Tusker who used this BMW garage as a supplier. I dealt with Stephanie Morley on a number of occasions and she was brilliant to deal with. Always in communication, keeping me updated and a real credit to BMW. Absolutely delighted with my new car and would 100% recommend. 5 stars for Stephanie and the team! Thank you.

I can’t thank Alex Watts enough for his amazing service with regards to my new car. I have never met Alex face to face as we are over 400 miles apart but that did not stop him resolving an issue that I had with the tyres on the car. He listened to my concerns, appreciated my anxiety and went out of his way to do something about it. He kept in contact with me throughout with his friendly kind reassuring manner and now I will take delivery of my car exactly how I want it to be. Thank you again, Alex.
