Part and Parcel Omdömen 

Part and Parcel collected my item from a London auction house, packed it and shipped it and I received it little over a week after the auction. A very efficient service. The fragile item was very securely packed and arrived without a scratch. It was also excellent value and considerably less than their more well known competitors. Based on this experience I will certainly use Part and Parcel again and I am happy to recommend them to others.

This company damaged a high priced and valuable item for our sports Charity fundraiser! and have sent them over 50 emails! whilst you're just fobbing me around and will be taking this further. We agreed a refund amount and only part of the refund has been done, and they keep fobbing me off!

Absolutely atrocious for your delivery person to show up holding my entire massive frame purchase with one hand / naked frame - NO COVER, no protection whatsoever!!!!!!! Who does that???
No professionalism or shame whatsover and even tried to blame me!

This company have totally ripped me off. I paid a lot of money for collection and postage of any item they have broken. They are now refusing to send the item and are ignoring my requests for a full refund. I have been chasing for an update all week and being ignored. This packing company were recommended by the auction house. This company are not cheap and a completely hopeless operation.
Appalling and please seriously think about throwing your money and goods down the drain.

I've used Part and Parcel three times now and they've been consistently excellent. Friendly, good communications, my fragile goods were packed safely and they cost less than their competitors. I certainly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

Very overpriced and take absolutely no care with your items.
I recently bought mixed Expensive jewellery items from Auction and after paying there excessive quote, they just chuck it all in together.
Subsequently some of the items are damaged beyond repair.

After bad experience with another well known pack and deliver company, I was nervous about asking a new company to ship my antique ceramics. Part and Parcel are simply excellent. Their packing cannot be faulted and their delivery was quick and helpfully tracked. For the service they offer the pricing seemed very fair. Highly recommended.

I have had some extremely unpleasant experiences in the past with dirty packing materials battered boxes etc but Part and Parcel answered all my queries with patience and professionalism
The item was collected from the auction on Wednesday and delivered at 8.15 am the following morning absolutely fantastic the packing was above wonderful all new boxes and bubblewrap and polystyrene peanuts
The price was amazing considering it covered collection packing and delivery

Excellent!! After being sent ridiculously high quotes from other sending companies I was so happy to get a low quote from part and parcel UK.

The gentleman who I spoke to over the phone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. That is how you do customer service. Very rare these days a lot of companies you ring it feels like you are annoying them just by ringing. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone.

I have used various couriers up and down the country, and they have all varied in the time taken to collect items from auction and then deliver to me. This was the first time I have used Part and Parcel at Farnborough. Following my initial enquiry, Rob provided a quotation the same day (which was just under half the cost of another courier quote). After accepting, an invoice was sent to me a day later, which I paid straight away. 2 days later, my parcel was delivered. Extremely quick service, very securely wrapped, best service I have had from a UK courier. If I had a small gripe it would be that I thought I might have been given notice of despatch and a tracking number, but DPD always text ahead of arrival so this wasn't really a problem. I will certainly use Rob again when I next need a courier in the area, highly recommended.

I used the company to pack and send a painting bought at auction. They were recommended by the auction house and their service was excellent. Jon was very helpful, quick and efficient, the painting extremely well packed, very reasonable price, and the courier DHL fast and careful. Highly recommended.

Appalling customer service! I would never recommend this company, don’t even waste your time and go directly to some other company. Four emails, five telephone calls and 11wasted days. Can you imagine a customer chasing, the company to make the payment, and being given a runaround, don’t ever speak to Jon, man of no commitment to his work, the only response I got from the company, was when I sent my email to cancel my order, even then, the company could not be bothered to call me to apologised or try to make amends! Short feeble email with inaccuracies and excuses, but no substance. Please do not use this company take your business else were.

I'm writing this because I was so pleased (and relieved) at the special effort made by Rob at the firm to sort out and get delivered my items, despite the firm being shut down due to Coronavirus. Items well packaged. Courier was efficient, considerate and polite. I would definitely recommend based on my experience. Also the lowest of several quotes.
