I've spent more than £50 today. I was entitled to 2 FREE comforting meals using code 2COSYFREE at checkout as it's said in email I received.
But, the lady who served me by phone refused me the use of this code 2 COSYFREE. She told me to use it when I'll shop next Parsley Box. Also, it's said in my email that when I spend £50, and I did spend £50. Why the lady refused to consider the code 2cosyfree meals?

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. After looking into your order, I can see that a different offer code had already been applied at checkout. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order, so once an offer code is in use, our agents are unable to add an additional code such as 2COSYFREE.
While you did meet the £50 spend requirement, the 2COSYFREE offer could not be combined with the promotion that was already applied to your order. This is why our agent advised that the code could be used on a future eligible order instead.
We understand this may have been frustrating, especially as you were expecting to receive the free meals, and we apologise for any confusion caused.

Delivery is poor.
The website and ordering is very good, but. The delivery service is poor, I've made three orders now, first one no problems. Second, In Post claim they delivered it when they hadn't and due to bank holidays items were not delivered until the following week. Now order number three, paid for next day delivery via DPD, get an text this morning to say that will not happen, expected delivery Friday. Not what you want when you get getting food for your elderly father.
