Was not in when parcel delivered so my daughter brought it indoors she is amazed that it doesn't need to go in freezer was delivered in 24 hours

The meals were not what I expected
The meals were not what I expected, the regular portions were not too bad in size and satisfied my appetite. Quality I've had a lot better for a slightly cheaper price from M&S Foodhall who have good quantities of meat. etc; Parsley Box, I've tried them once before thought I'd try them again I won't be trying them again.

I have already reported the poor…
I have already reported the poor delivery. It was NOT up to the normal excellent standard. The delivery was left near the boundary gate and not in person. As such it was at risk of both bad weather (heavy rain within 3 hours) and stealing (in full view of passing pedestrians).
Please go back to your original methods.

I’ve tried a few different companies for ready meals and this one produced the type, quality, taste and value that we needed, very pleased with the balance of vegetables and authentic taste. Having a long best before date and not needing to refrigerate makes a massive difference.

Disappointed with the first meal ave only used 1 of the 8 meals that…
I have only used 1 of the 8 meals that I ordered - the mini roast chicken. It should be described as ultra mini with the tiny portion of chicken. When cooked it was just a soft soggy mess.
I hope the next meals are better

Mum loves these - Mmm
I get these for my elderly mother who is severely partially sighted. She has carer's that come but it's a 15min visit. These are fantastic for the microwave ... My mum says they're very tasty and just the right amount. I get her the "lighter" option as they're a smaller meal & these suit her great..she can't manage a large meal. She loves all the different types of meals and I've popped a few in of which she wouldn't normally go for... No complaints... I've opened up her pallette lol.... My mum says they're great & fantastic value. I've just ordered her 3rd lot. I get her 17meals and with the offers, it's only £66.... Mum says it's a bargain and i agree. Her carer's also say how tasty they look and for only a few minutes in microwave, it suits the carer's too. A big thumbs up all round. And because my mum's sight is extremely limited and her mobility is limited, the last courier took it in her house for her.

Terrible meals
We just tried the fish mornay and sausage and mash and both were inedible. Both tasted horrible, and the texture of things were not right. The mash was dense and more like a play doh consistency. Having had similar meals from other suppliers that are fridge stored, I expected a slight difference in quality because of the long life nature of it, but this is the worse meal I’ve ever eaten (or not because I only managed a few mouthfuls). I will try the other meals I purchased because I can’t waste food without trying it, but I do not expect them to be edible and will not be ordering from them again.
