If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked through this company and it states you have 24 hours to cancel with no penalties and full refund. I canceled a week before the trip and was still charged the day of the trip the full amount owed. I am now going back and forth with them to try and get a refund. I highly recommend booking yourself or finding another way of doing it. Read reviews first, I wish I would have! Oh I also have an email that stated my cancelation was successful but again I was still charged. Do yourself a favor, if you come across this website, keep scrolling! Horrible!

This site is a scam. First, it costs more than by just booking with the hotel itself. Second, they take a small deposit and then never make the booking. None of the site's contact information actually works. They likely get away with it because the amounts are so small people get fed up of fighting to get $20 back, or disputing it on their cards. Either way, your booking won't exist, and your CC info will be compromised if you use this site, and you'll have a bad day when you figure that out. The good reviews on this site for them are formulaic and way too detailed and polished to be real.

I've seen some reviews that say you can just book this stay on your own. That's probably true but I tried to do this and I had to add extra parking nights which increased the price using the hotel website. ParkSleepHotels setup exactly what I needed and the price was the same as parking with fewer nights.

Awful company, I have been trying to get a hold of them for over 7 days about a refund they said they were processing. Do not use this company.

Rip off, do it yourself.
They charged me $20.15 to book the reservation, they said it was a deposit to hold the room. The hotel did not get any of it. I could have booked it myself and will from now on. What a rip off

BE VERY CAREFUL - their website is misleading !!! Amenities have a check mark for parking but confirmation letter says 0 days parking. They try to rip you off! When you call, of course the rate increases dramatically with parking. Be very careful.

Terrible booking site. We booked a park/sleep/cruise package in Miami.
Received a confirmation saying the hotel had received our reservation and was expecting us. After a long day of driving when we were waiting in line to check in at the hotel, park/sleep/hotels called us and said the hotel was full and couldn’t accommodate us. I would highly recommend NOT using this company to book a hotel. Very unhappy with their service.

This is a very bad company I made a reservation months before my trip. When I went to confirm my reservation I found of park hotels never paid my deposit to the hotel I was going t be staying at. I called to ask them why and they lied and stated they had. hen I told then the hotel had stated they had not they got upset. A few minutes latter I got an email that they had cancelled my reservation. I never asked them to cancel my reservation and they never told me they ere cancelling my reservation. So when they got caught stealing my money they got mad and retaliated by cancelling my reservation and never even refunded my deposit. My croaked company with very poor morals never ever use them. They rip you off and retialte against you.

I booked my hotel today for a stay tomorrow but had a change of plans and had to cancel after 4:00 P.M. I called and spoke with Carrie who was extremely helpful. She took my information, called the hotel and was able to cancel, then called me back all within 15 minutes and was also able to cancel my deposit with PSH with a FULL REFUND for everything. I felt she went above and beyond and will definitely use them in the future!

I would give it no stars but had to give it one or I couldn’t write a review. Although I understand that it is the hotel that cancels when they are full or overbooked and that sometimes Park, Sleep, Hotels doesn’t get notified until after the booking is made, it is very bad business on the booking website to leave you high and dry. They call to tell you your reservation has to be cancelled but offer no compensation for your inconvenience. They should book you another hotel with the same requirements and absorb the difference in the cost if necessary. It is beyond upsetting when you have made a reservation and then find out that you have been cancelled because of their incompetence. A reservation should never be booked and given an ID number which is confirmation that you have booked and a deposit is withdrawn from your credit card when there is no availability. Their lack of competence, failure to solve the issue and their sorry but nothing we can do attitude is unacceptable. Will mot be dealing with them ever again!!!!!!

Great experience, excellent customer service

I will not use them ever again..they took our reservation, give confirmation number and then 8 hours later send email saying hotel full...sorry.... now we can't get reservations since it was for tomorrow night...too late since it was very busy time.... they should tell you from beginning and not take reservation. Bad business.
