Easy in, easy out, and easy location off the Jersey Turnpike!

Very disappointed that I paid for a parking service using a company that advertises “cheap and safe parking” to have my vehicle broken into. The company wouldn’t do a thing about it. I know they’re not responsible for theft but not only did they refuse my refund request, but offered nothing else. Not impressed with customer service.

Online booking is very easy, Competitive pricing.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful with the process and making sure that we got on the shuttle in a timely manner in both directions.

They were quick to respond and help when there was an issue. Friendly staff

Great location to airport, AND free shuttle to and from airport.

This is the second time that we have used Parkos at the Renaissance Hotel. It is very convenient , economical, easy to use, and excellent shuttle service to and from EWR.

A parking lot is a parking lot except…What made this a 5 star are the employees of the Hilton Airport that assisted us when our car wouldn’t start. It was midnight and at the end of a long day and flight from Europe. Everyone from our van driver to the front desk ladies were helpful and couldn’t have been more kind while we waited on roadside service and, later, when we had to call Lyft for a ride. All great people.

Avid parking through parkos was truly so easy. The shuttle is very timely and parking is easy!

Easy to use, very descriptive instructions! Safe and much more inexpensive than parking at the airport.

The locatie is erg vervallen, autos staan schots en scheef, de weg zit vol met diepe gaten, de chauffeurs zijn niet heel vriendelijk.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Parkos did an excellent job keeping me informed. Drop off & return from the airport was extremely easy and fast. Lastly, the front desk staff at Embasdy Suites were very friendly & helpful. An overall excellent experience and well worth the $$ for piece of mind.

I needed to change dates because the App entered the wrong dates of our trip but the online assistant would not cooperate or help.

Very easy process to book and check in. My only issue with the parking here, is the shuttle service. We were there early and everyone just walks up to line up for shuttle service. Not enough room for all the people who showed up. They request a time that you would like for the shuttle, so you should be guaranteed a seat. Our shuttle driver wanted to take the larger group that came after us, and have us wait. There should be some other orderly way of taking passengers, or have more shuttles.

quick, easy process, Motel 6 was great. No problems with reservation and pick up at airport was fast. Very friendly. Much cheaper than airport parking for extended stays. Would definitely use them again
