It took way too long to download the app and enter my information to pay for parking. Family got frustrated waiting while I downloaded the app, created an account and payed for parking. There should be one app used by all parking facilities or just let consumers tap and pay.

Parking lot said $6 and I was charged over $20….”Bidenomics” of liberal cities I guess

The only option was to pay via the app and that amount was almost 7 instead of the 6 I was expecting that was posted on the sign. Neither kiosk was working.

I appreciated the quality of their communication. From the quick acknowledgement of my purchase to the helpful reminders of time remaining, I felt that they cared about me as a customer. As my session was coming to an end, they sent offers to extend at my convenience. I will definitely use again!

Don’t know why the kiosks didn’t work and wh are we paying a processing fee

I payed for parking yet the car got a ticket on it to pay for parking. That’s the second time that has happened

We paid twice for this spot. It was so confusing to find. My husband paid for it in advance but we couldn’t figure out how to submit our confirmation of payment. Another (generation Z) person was next to me and couldn’t figure it out either. Did we get scammed?

I needed to add additional hours to my parking time and found I had to pay the entire original price all over again to add any more time. I ended up paying $50 for the day! It was ridiculous! I don’t remember seeing a cost list in the lot or on the app when I added more hours. I would have made a different choice had I known. My husband paid less than I did and he got a parking ticket.

I got a citation even though I had paid with the app. I have a license plate that has a zero in it and the parking attendant did not check for both zero and the letter O when checking for payment.

Parking was fine. However, the advertised event price $15, however, when I scanned the QR code, it came up as $20 on the app. I didn't have time to stand in line for the machine, and $5 wasn't enough to make me contact someone, but it was a little disappointing. I parked at 8am on Saturday, 1.20.24 and paid for 1 day.

Easy in and out for Bucks games

Pricing was vague / incorrect. Multiple signs say $6 parking but when registering and paying for spot, the fee was illustrated as a special event for $20. We paid the fee but marketing was bad.
