Park Farm Design Omdömen

The team at Park Farm Design are amazing. From the first moment I happened across them they were helpful and knowledgeable. Lee was not at all pushy but his pricing was competitive and the communication was excellent which was important to me because I took the windows package off my contractor. From the outset Lee repaid the trust reposed in him. He worked well with my contractor, foresaw problems and solved them before they arose and managed to get the frames delivered in around 4 weeks with the glass following quickly thereafter. In fact it was my contractor who struggled to keep up!! Alan and Darryl who fitted the windows were lovely people and highly skilled. My contractor (whom I also rate very highly) said he thought they were excellent. Overall 5 stars is not enough when rating Lee and his team. These type of jobs have the propensity for calamity but with Park Farm Design that was never going to happen. Ten stars - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We needed a replacement panel for our bifold doors.
The company were professional and efficient and kept us informed at all times.
Can highly recommend

Park FarmDesign supplied three sets of Sunflex Bifold doors. Lee was very professional throughout and helped us through the design stage through to delivery. The quality of the doors are excellent, as is the quality of the glazing with excellent thermal characteristics. We required some after sales help from Lee who was as helpful as the first time we spoke. Thoroughly recommend this company.

My husband and I are delighted with our Sunflex SVG30 doors and SAF windows. Sherryll and Lee have been amazingly patient with my changing ideas. They never pressurised us to buy or make speedy decisions. I was quite concerned the windows and doors might not live up to our expectations after only seeing examples in the Sunflex showroom. Lee assured us that they would be perfect for our project and he was right. I love them and they have been greatly admired. Alan,Glen, John and Darrell were exceptional fitters and a delight to have on site. I can’t imagine any company being better to work with.

We recently moved into a property where PFD had installed our large sliding kitchen doors. They stopped working after a few months, but Lee at PFD was brilliant from the first call. It took a little while to get a team out, but when they arrived, they were professional and sorted everything perfectly. Great service overall!

Products installed as described and on time. Lee and his team were professional and knowledgeable.

Very happy with the whole service and execution on site around what were very tight site prgrammes and added difficulty due to delivery and restricted access issues. No problem was too big and at every stage we were kept well informed and reassured that Park Farm had everything in order. The scandinavian lift & slide doors are a stand out feature and attract praise from all who see them. Great job by all involved.

Having lost a £5000 deposit to a window company in Notts (would love to name and shame) who went into liquidation we were incredibly sceptical and concerned about how we would move forward and gain trust in another glazing company. Whilst our introduction to Park Farm Design was via a close family friend we saw the night and day contrast immediately during our first meeting with them, compared to those whom we now wish we had never met. In what now feels like a fragile industry it is good to know some good companies still exist and not only did Park Farm Design do an incredible job for us you also helped us find the motivation and happiness again in our project.
For potential clients looking around i can only echo what others have reviewed below. Park Farm Design are experts in their industry with genuine people behind the phone. Every element of advice received was done so for the benefit of us, the client and i have no doubt that the contribution they made to our project and sanity will have a lasting and positive impact for a long time. We cannot thank you enough.

Park Farm Design have supplied all windows and doors for our house build project and we are beyond delighted with the build quality and finish.

Whilst many aspects of our build have been very stressful (aren't they always), the engagement with Lee and the rest of the Park Farm Design team has been positive throughout. Lee has been really helpful, friendly, professional and has always delivered against promises.

Due to build complexities, there was a considerable gap from when we first contacted Park Farm Design for our doors and windows and when we could actually place the order. Despite the lapse in time, Lee re-engaged quickly, and we were able to make progress without any issue.

The installation team also did a great job, attending site as planned and ensuring that there was a high-quality finish, even where the design of the house threw up some challenges for them.

We have no hesitation in recommending Park Farm Design and will absolutely consider them in any future glazing requirements

Lee and the whole team at Park Farm Design did an exceptional job to supply and install the glazing for our entire self-build project. Several companies we contacted flat out refused due to the associated risk, or tendered eye wateringly high prices for two of our large glass units (4.5m x 3.1m as a single pane). Park Farm Design stepped up to the challenge and delivered these flawlessly, at a very fair price. We were also very impressed with the slimline 20mm glass sliders, and several months later are still enjoying these. Everything is finished to an extremely high quality and specification. I would not hesitate to recommend Park Farm Design in future.

Great product and service - this is a company that really listens to what customers want and follows through. Highly recomend.

As a homeowner in search of the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, finding the right sliding patio door can be a pivotal decision. After extensive research and consideration, we installed 8M wide Sunflex SVG20 4 panel sliding patio doors from Park Farm Design late last year, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment they were installed, these sliding patio doors have transformed the ambience of my home, seamlessly merging the interior with the exterior. The first thing that struck me was the effortless operation – with a gentle push, the doors glide open with precision, offering a smooth transition between spaces.

One of the standout features of these doors is their impeccable design. Crafted with high-quality materials, they exude elegance and durability. The sleek frames and expansive glass panels not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of my home but also allow ample natural light to flood the interior, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere.

Overall, my experience with these sliding patio doors and Lee Davenport has been overwhelmingly positive. Not only have they enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of my home, but they have also exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and reliability. If you're in the market for sliding patio doors that strike the perfect balance between style and functionality, we whole heartedly recommend considering Park Farm Design.

Mr & Mrs Rapoz (Northampton)

As property developers we utilise the services of window companies regularly and I can honestly say our experiences with Park Farm Design is head and shoulders above that of any of their competitors. Lee has a great knowledge of not only his own industry, but also general construction works, which helps a great deal. They are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and very reasonably priced. I would give 6 stars if I could. thank you PFD... Keep up the great work. We will see you on our next project!

we had PFD install a complex SVG30 system with both moving corner and glass to glass corner, and some large sunflex windows. Lee gave great advice and the final result looks amazing.

Recently installed Sunflex SVG20 slididng systems & Scandinavian timber windows & doors with minimal fuss, no issues at all. Smooth all the way through to the sign off procedure. A really great experience and such thanks owed to the entire team for their efforts and patience, they really did work hard for us. We would highly recommend to anyone who needs a lot of guidance, an honest opinion and no pushy sales. They even had the team on site over the Christmas holidays to ensure we were warm & secure whilst everyone else had signed off for two weeks. P.G

From start to finish Lee was innovative and professional. His vision changed our extension from the ordinary and mundane into a beautiful room that attracts attention and some envy. We were kept informed at every stage of the project and his company delivered exactly what was promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Park Farm Design both for their product, design and installation, and for their after sales care.

Very very pleased with the level of service, advice & the quality of products received at Park Farm Design. We did our project in two stages over the course of 12 months and everything went perfectly (thankfully). We had a good idea of the level of products we wanted to incorporate but felt overwhelmed with the choices in the market. You were a breath of fresh air. No sales pitches, just quality advice that always seemed to make perfect sense. Very thankful for the patience and dedication that always remained consistent even when there were gaps in our project for other reasons. We would recommend with zero hesitation . Thanks. Mike & Dee

Great price on Sunflex sliding doors, v helpful survey and absolutely first class install by Alan & Marty; indeed, came straight back to site to fix a problem that was subsequently attributed to the builder responsible for the opening/finishing. Everything worked like clockwork.........which is increasingly rare these days in my experience.

We chose PFD to supply and fit Sunflex 6m wide sliding doors. This was despite them being undercut in price by other companies.
So glad we did. Not only was there absolutely no "sales pitch" but Lee was happy to discuss, explain and advise over multiple technical questions and issues. he even went as far as liaising directly our structural engineer and builders.

Would highly recommend PFD to anyone

Like most, we shopped around to find the right product and found it with PFD. Our confidence was underpinned by particularly impressive support - level of detail and time devoted to answering all of our many questions prior, during and post installation. Would recommend without hesitation.
