We have used Parenta for many years. The quality of knowledge they receive for their learning is at a high level. . Vicky the assessor has been really helpful and supported the students well at our nursery.

My tutor Nicola Newport is amazing. She is very understanding and lets me know if I need any help to leave her an email and she will get back to me.

Nicola Newport has been great help and support for me. She is always available to answer my questions regarding course content, tasks and OneFile.

Initially I was nervous starting my course with parenta but Nicola Newport made me feel really comfortable, one file was easy to navigate with nickys help and if I ever needed support with ANYTHING, Nicky was always there to provide support and encouragement. As well as providing the utmost support with my course, Nicky would also check on my well-being making sure I am happy and safe in my setting and was also giving me the best advice before my end point assessment. I have completed my level 3 with parenta and I have received a great deal of knowledge and support to achieve my qualification.

We have used Abacus as our nursery software for many years. We have always found them really helpful always there is you need them.
The system has a lot of features some of which we are only just beginning to utilise. The main things we have used it for up to now which have been invaluable, are the invoicing, taking children's bookings and staff rota reports which calculate how many staff are required and how many you have, all tie in together which saves so much time.

I had a overal great experience with Parenta. From the start I felt very supported and all the way through I learnt lots and found the live sessions and discussions to be very informative. I also was really lucky to have Tonni as my tutor as she made it very relaxed and would help with any little thing I needed throughout and all the way to the end when I got my certificate.
