Quality service!~

They charge a bit more in shipping frees than other proxy-buyers, but the service itself was really good and consistent. They take pictures of all received items at the warehouse to ensure proper quality, if not they can negotiate a return for you. I ordered subcul/jirai kei clothing mostly and everything arrived in time and steadfast (even with Airmail). 🌸

No transparency about delivery cost

I had a very frustrating experience with ParcelUp that honestly feels misleading at best.

I ordered Chinese tea through their service, with the product itself costing around $160. At no point during the initial purchase process was there any clear indication of what the shipping costs would be. Only after they completed the purchase on my behalf did they inform me that delivery would cost an additional $95.

That is an extremely significant and unexpected charge — over 50% of the product value — and it was impossible to anticipate beforehand. This is especially unreasonable considering I live in Moldova, where services like Temu already operate with free or very low-cost shipping. Clearly, logistics infrastructure exists, so such high delivery fees should be disclosed transparently upfront.

The core issue here is not just the price — it’s the lack of transparency. If your business model involves expensive shipping, you must provide at least an estimated range before the customer commits to the purchase. Presenting these costs only after the item is already bought puts the customer in a locked-in position and feels deceptive.

Overall, the experience left me feeling scammed. I believe most customers would feel the same in this situation. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using ParcelUp unless they improve their pricing transparency.

We purchased all the items on February 6, and they were received on February 9, except for one item, which arrived on February 10—the day your order was packed—and all photos and shipping fees were provided. On February 16, we received your message that some items were not what you wanted. Due to the Chinese New Year holidays (the notice was displayed on our website for a month), we could check the information with sellers when everyone returned to work on February 28. Then, only on March 7 did you request to change the delivery to a different address (country). Your order was shipped on March 8 and delivered on March 9.
