Paradise Fibers Omdömen

I love getting personal assistance whenneeded.
Always great products & good service.

Paradise Fibers has a wonderfully easy website to navigate. They always have, or will special order, anything, everything, and more than I could ever want. They go above and beyond in terms of superior customer service. I think every order I have ever placed has been changed due to my own indecisiveness (it's so hard to choose!) and every time the staff has been so accomodating. They always get it right and ship immediately. Their rewards program is fun. It's really a privilege to give them a rave review as one of my very favorite online stores to shop.

I recently purchased a schacht reed for my Baby Wolf Loom (also purchased from Paradise Fibers) and received it within 2 days. Always great service from Paradise Fibers. I purchased my first loom from them last year, and have always had great communications and rapid responses to my email inquiries. Wonderful company.

I had missed judged the amount of yarn I needed and looked at my local yarn shop but they did not have the color I needed. So I thought I bet Paradise Fibers in Spokane has it. Sure enough you did. So I decided to also purchase two more skeins in a different color. Thanks so much.

I ordered a pattern book and received it in less time then expected with all the parts and pieces! Great speed service!

My order was Alavert online order. I am across the country from their store. Happy to do business with them.. Shipped very quickly and split my order so,I didn't need to wait for my back order to receive the rest. Back order filled very quickly also. Very prompt shipping notification. Would absolutely do business with again

Out of nowhere, my drive band broke on my 16 year old Lendrum! It was such a shock - guess it never occurred to me that that would/could happen!
But I made a quick call to Paradise, talked to Rachel, and my new drive band was in the mail that afternoon! 24 hours and 80 miles north of Spokane, the new band was on my wheel! Great info and service! Thank you!

Great products, service and selection.

I Just started spinning, I bought a lady bug. I have bought all my fiber from paridise. I was able to stop into the store and my mind was completely blown by the extent of the products. I am a true fan of this business!!

I love this shop!! They have a wonderful selection and great customer service, both in the shop and online.

The folks at Paradise Fibers are the absolute best. They are my absolute favorite online yarn shop. I rarely shop anywhere else!

That was super quick! I placed my order late Monday night and it was in my mailbox Wednesday morning. Everything was perfect! Can't wait to spin up the lovely braid of BFL/silk that I ordered.
Thank you!!!

I was happy with the product and the service. The only comment I have is that the website said free shipping and it gave a code. The order form site would not take the code so I ended up having to pay for shipping. Otherwise...I would order again from this site.

I found the website to be so easy to navigate. The checkout was great and I got the yarn so quickly! It was exactly what I wanted and I will be shopping with them again.

I love Paradise Fibers! FANtastic company!Quite frequently, they offer free shipping, and it's speedy too.
There's a nice selection of merchandise.
They are friendly folks and follow up if you have a question.
The points reward system is a great incentive too.

There are a few problems:
Sometimes points are not rewarded and are held back for some reason.
The description of an item is inaccurate.
Some items regularly out of stock.

I have ordered several products, from something as small as a yarn cutter to something as large as my spinning wheel, through PF. Every order has arrived quickly and been well packed. I always look forward to getting my monthly fiber club box. And I frankly cannot recommended this site highly enough.

I would recommend Paradise Fibers to you, because they have a great selection of yarn and fiber. Their service is superb, and I have really appreciated the quality of the items that I have ordered. if you visit the store in Spokane, bring your money, because there are so many items that you will be tempted to purchase!

I have ordered from paradise fibers many times and always get what I want. And quickly, too. Worst thing is having to wait for the end of the month for my fiber club! But it's in a good way of anticipation. Of course, I do need more yarn and fiber storage now!! I could fix that if I could knit, crochet and spin at work, but that might get me fired and then I wouldn't have money for more yarn and fiber. What a vicious circle that is!

The women there were great. They went out of their way to help me find a particular yarn. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Exactly what you look for in a local retailer. I just wish I lived closer.

When shopping online I buy almost all of my weaving equipment from Paradise Fibers. They have a great selection and the shipping is more than reasonable (many times shipping is free). If something is backordered I get a prompt email and they try to make everything right. I love them!
