Paradise Fibers Omdömen

The folks at PF are nice and willing to go the extra mile. I had some questions and concerns, and they were there to hold my hand! I later received an email asking questions of those who had purchased the item that I bought, asking if it was similar to an earlier model. This was on the request of another potential buyer of the item. (Heddle blocks) Purchases from these folks were out of the door within 24 hours, usually the same day. They had tracking numbers so one could keep informed on your order's progress. Easy to develop a "warm and fuzzy feeling" for these folks!

Paradise Fibers cares about getting their wares to their customers as quickly as possible. I love the square needles. Paradise carries the Kollage squares - circular, straights, and dpns. When I order, I have the product in 2 days for $5. I'll continue going to them for needles as well as fiber. It really is a knitters' paradise!

I have bought needles, buttons, yarns and was very satisfied. Shipment is quick also.

I love ordering and working with Paradise Fibers. They are friendly, attentive to details, and fast. I ordered, accidently, the same item twice, don't know how it happened, but they called me and straightened it out. Great folks. Also, they have an assortment of how to videos on YouTube that are very good for informing you on processes and new equipment.

Really fast service - can't be beat!!

I frequently take advantage of sales or free shipping, and even then my orders have gone out within hours of placing the order. I've never been disappointed with my purchases.

I ordered 2 different kind of yarns from them. The service is excellent. I had a problem with the color of one of my yarn - it did not match the others-. They sent me the requested exchange yarns free of charge right away, arrived in 2 days, free shipping. I also got the free label to send the yarns back what I do not need. What else could it be better? Customer for life. Thank you!

Easy To navigate and a pretty wide selection and fast shipping. Thank you. All items arrived safe and sound.

Love Paradise Fibers. Dreamed up a project, calculated the amount of yarn needed, ordered from Paradise and yarn delivered within 5 days including a weekend.

I received my yarn promptly and it was just what I wanted.

I love how frequently you can find free shipping codes for Paradise Fibers. It really makes it much easier to order from them when I know I can get my one or two items (often just a new set of interchangeable needle tips) and not have to pay more for shipping than my item costs. Free and fast shipping is what makes Paradise Fibers stand out to me.

I used the instant message feature on Paradise Fibers' web-site. The person on the other end was so very extremely helpful.

Paradise makes filling my spinning fiber needs easy. If I have a question I can talk to someone live without picking up a phone, Between the bonus offers and accrued Paradise points, I save money every time I order.
I've never been unhappy with an order or the service at Paradise. I just wish they were closer so I could shop in person.

I shop PF more often than any store or site for fiber art supplies. I crochet, knit, felt, hand spin, and dye fibers. Great variety and resourceful books are also available which has been my best teacher in fiber arts. The cost of shipping is often free by promo and is the most cost effective of any website. Everything arrives in a timely manner and staff are wonderfully helpful anytime I call. My biggest wish is that there was a store in Raleigh that I could shop and promote to my fellow Robert artisans. Love it from top to bottom. Hugs and smooches!

I was looking for black silk, not easy to find and Paradise Fibers had just what I needed, and more.

The staff at Paradise Fibers is absolutely wonderful and helpful. You could not encounter more polite, helpful individuals. The items I purchased are top quality. Most impressive is the speedy shipping. For a flat $5 , items travel cross country in TWO days. I am amazed at Paradise Fibers ability to expedite shipping. I will definitely purchase items from them again!

The yarn is exactly what I wanted and the shipping was reasonable. I will be visiting again. Thanks!

I am so happy I lucked on to Paradise Fibers while looking for discounted Colinette yarn kits. Not only did I save substantially over ordering from bigger name outfits, but the shipping ($5 or free) is very fast. I almost hate to visit their site as they always have something I want. Ha! Great site, great products, and always fantastic prices.

Finding exactly what I wanted on Paradise Fibers web site was the perfect solution to my knitting project. Then when the order was shipped the same day and arrived in just 3 days I was very impressed. I will definitely be ordering from Paradise Fibers again. Thanks you!!

I have ordered many times from Paradise Fibers and never been disappointed. I was particularly impressed this last time with how quickly my order was filled and shipped. I recommend Paradise Fibers to all my knitting and spinning friends.
