Paradise Farm & Tack started 4 years ago as a dream and now is a thriving store, mobile store and online operation. My husband and I left our corporate jobs to be able to use our talents in an area where our passions lie - our horses and our farm. The fruits of our labor is evident in the vast product selection you will find in our store, but more importantly the customer service and support you will receive from our team. We are a small shop that brings you a range of top quality products at competitive prices. Our small team achieves great accomplishments through our fun filled environment. Each member of the team brings different expertise to the table including different riding disciplines. Paradise Farm & Tack offers unique apparel selections from traditional as well as new brands to add style and fun to your riding. Many people tell us that our variety of products is one of unique features as well as our wide range of sizes. Our apparel is suitable for in the barn or out on the town as we all want to look good and feel comfortable. Our offering is geared not just to riders but to their family and friends as well. And while we focus on english disciplines as far as tack goes, our wide selection of horse blankets, leg wraps, grooming supplies and supplements is applicable to any horse owner, despite their riding discipline. I would have given 5 stars except they …

I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it.

When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size.
I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

If you are still interested in the black, we do have one in stock and on hold for you. Just let me know and I'll email you a return label for the incorrect color and get the black sent out to you. I ordered a pair of summer denim riding …

I ordered a pair of summer denim riding jodhpurs by HKM. Paradise had them at the best price. I could not find an inseam measurement on the HKM site for regulars so when I called Paradise to inquire, they pulled out a pair and measured them for me right then. The staff was super friendly. They arrived quickly and they are just what I was looking for. Great experience!

I love paradise Farm

I love paradise Farm! I ordered a helmet and received it in a few days and shipping was free! The helmet is perfect especially with our weather here in Kauai, many mahalos 🌈Edna

Great Customer Service!

I called Paradise Farm and Tack directly (rather than go through Amazon) to order an Ariat polo shirt for my daughter. I spoke to such a nice woman, Angela, who checked the stock to see if they had the size, even suggesting I spend a couple of dollars more to receive free shipping. I would've ordered two shirts, but I wanted to see how the sizing was. The package was sent priority and I received it quickly. I was so impressed with the customer service...it was much more pleasant to speak to Angela than to order online! This shirt was an item for my daughter's birthday. She has to let me know if it fits as I wasn't sure how how the Ariat shirt sizes run. It looks like it will fit, very cute, nice quality shirt. I highly recommend Paradise Farm & Tack!

Paradise Farm & Tack is FABULOUS!!

I seriously wish there were more than 5 stars, because Paradise Farm & Tack is wonderful! They carry exceptional merchandise, and the customer service is superior to other tack stores! They have good prices, and I especially like their customer rewards program! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Paradise Farm & Tack!!

Horribly Slow Processing Time

Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.

Nice boots, good service

The boots I purchased exceeded my expectations. They are so nice, great for schooling, no break-in required. Customer service was excellent. They shipped promptly and checked back with me via email to be sure I was satisfied.
