Happy with helmet and more!
I placed an online order for a helmet for my daughter for Christmas. It came as ordered, in a very timely manner and well-packaged. They had a great special going on for points toward future purchases that led to a second purchase of a new pair of breeches that my daughter chose and loves as well.

Paradise Farm & Tack
Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

Jenni and Jim have big business…
Jenni and Jim have big business selection with small business attention to detail and customer service. I was in a bind once with a new horse, freshly imported and clipped, with no blanket to fit him. Jim delivered a perfect blanket to his stall door the same day! Jenni has helped me find show clothes that fit well and look coordinated. They are both knowledgeable horseman who give expert advice. Glad to know both of them!!!!’

Best Customer Service!
The service I receive at Paradise Tack is seriously without equal. Jenni and Jim have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion, which is why I continue to give them my business (despite 2 other tack shops in my local area). In person, or online, I have never been disappointed.
