i was able to speak with a representative at one point. She was great.
However, your website is clunky. I had to call to find out how to order an idem without customization..she explained it well, but the fact that i couldnt just order on the phone while i had her didnt do much for me. i went to the site and ordered as directed..but them i had to return multiple times just to finalize and eventually place the order. I just dont have time for that. I want to order a product in one sitting and know that its on its way. I hope you can clean it up a little bit. I will try again at some point.. best wishes

I was very impressed with Yevonne
I was very impressed with Yevonne. She walked me through the ordering process and was very helpful.
I am also very happy with the paperweight.
The only thing that I was not happy about was the shipping cost. I hope when I order several that the cost isn't as high per paperweight.

Fourth time - always excellent!
This is the fourth time I have used Paperweight Country for graduation gifts. The service has always been excellent and the products I received (engraved crystal paperweights) all turned out well. They are unique personal gifts - I will definitely be ordering from Paperweight Country in the future.

Personalized Diamond Paperweight
I ordered a personalized diamond paperweight for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I cannot wait to make the presentation. It is absolutely beautiful.
