Born out of our love of travel, Paper High began as a round-the-world trip. An unexpected change in destination, an extended stay in Kathmandu, and a chance meeting with a paper maker sowed the seed of an exciting business idea. After exploring India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, we built relationships with our beloved network of small family businesses, community incentives, charities, and accredited Fair Trade organisations. We’ve seen first-hand the impact that using a Fair Trade business model has on the families, communities, and local economy of our producers. This made it an absolute must for us that we have a mutually beneficial relationship, and we consider them real friends. We’re so lucky to have the chance to visit them as often as we can to catch up on all the news, and take our two girls along too. It’s our promise to you that all of our products are Fair Trade as set out by the World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO). Expertly handcrafted by highly skilled artisans, only locally sourced, sustainable, and recycled materials are used wherever possible, making every single product beautifully authentic. We’ve also been proud members of the British Association for Fair Trade Shops (BAFTS) since 2002 – right from the beginning!

Beautiful leather covered journal is the perfect gift
The price was very good and the delivery was fast but most importantly the A4 size leather covered journal I bought for my elderly father to write down his memories is absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to write in with a fountain pen which is his preference. Also it makes it all the more special that the product is fair trade and sustainable. Highly recommend! I'll be back.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear that the journal was the perfect gift for your father and that he is enjoying writing in it with his fountain pen.
The idea of preserving cherished memories in a special journal is truly wonderful, and we are honoured that one of our products can play a small part in that. It is also lovely to hear that you appreciated the fair trade and sustainable values behind the journal, as these are incredibly important to us.
Thank you for your recommendation and kind words.
Buffalo Leather Roll up pencil case
I ordered the Buffalo Leather Roll up pencil case and Buffalo Leather Key Holder. They are very luxurious and will age beautifully. The service was also very quick which surprised me as I did have the pencil case personalised. This is certainly a company I will look to in future for gifts and to treat myself.
