Excellent service
Excellent service. The ordering process worked extremely well, the products were great quality, nicely packed and arrived quickly. All good. One tiny gripe is that the shape of the envelope flap is not as depicted on the online graphic. Hey, it's just envelope so it won't matter to most people, its just that for my specific use its not ideal.

LIARS AND MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wrote 2 reviews on the 23 March and 5 April 2021 about the lack of customer service I’ve received from paper divas.
Both reviews have the same exact response from paper divas.
Firstly stating they can replace my order and when I take them up on the offer I get no replies to my emails.
I escalated this case through PayPal and received the exact same response. They reverted back the one time and then ignored me once again. PayPal have taken it in their favour stating that my complaint doesn’t fall under buyer protection. You get something different to what you order and you are not covered...PATHETIC!!!
Paper divas have not contacted me once to try and rectify this issue and claim they will fix and resend but never do.
I can’t reply back to my reviews hence I revert to putting another one up and will continue to do so until I get a refund.
DO NOT USE PAPER DIVAS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THE QUALITY AND CUSTOM SERVICE ISN’T WORTH PAYING FOR!!!

Hi Mirna, Thank you again for your feedback regarding your experience with Paper Divas. As mentioned on both occasions previously, I am very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with us. We take great pride in being a small Australian business that offers the highest level of customer service. Unfortunately as you created a PayPal claim without contacting us first, the outcome from PayPal is completely out of our hands. I can understand you are frustrated that they decided in our favour- stating the products received were as ordered and simply a change of mind for a personalise product does not qualify for a PayPal claim. As mentioned previously, you can respond to any of our attempts to contact you. I will again copy the initial response below:
I can see that you placed an order for Invitations on 2nd March that were then printed and shipped the following day (March 3rd) and received by yourself. I can further see that a complaint email was received 11 days later on the 14th March and responded to the same afternoon. As explained in the email, our graphic designers edited your artwork to fit the card as unfortunately when it was created online the wording was added off the artwork. If we had printed exactly as per your order uploaded online, your text would have been cropped off the bottom. As such our graphic designers moved up your wording .9cm and then centered the artwork accordingly. They also made other minor changes that you may have noticed to improve the overall appearance and ensure your photo didn't print too dark. As per the email, it was discussed that a reprint can be offered but we would still need to move wording to fit the card size. No response was received by yourself and we assumed you did not want to proceed with a reprint. I can see since then another complaint email has been received and again responded to the following day. I am very sorry that you don't feel these responses have been adequate, and that you are disappointed that our graphic designers made very minor adjustments to ensure your text fits - this is usually one of the reasons we get such high 5 star reviews. We take great pride in being a small business that offers a personalized design service.

Quality product and user friendly ordering process. I found the website easy to navigate and the whole process from selecting a design, adding my info and then ordering quick and simple. Would definitely use again.

I had one of the girls specifically design my wedding stationery and she was amazing then since then I've used their existing options and personalised them for thank you cards, baby shower invites, baby shower thank you cards, baby announcements and I dare say will be using them for many more years
The website is super easy to use and ify photos are low resolution I get a warning. Love this service thank you
