Awful company. The images and descriptions on their website do not match what you get. The quality is very poor. I left reviews for both items I ordered and I check a few days after I left the reviews and they still hadn’t been posted on to their website. I went back to the company I usually use, wish I had stuck with them, but saw an image that looked exactly like I needed and sounded like the right quality. I ordered it and it was very poor, the gsm was less than stated on their website. One sheet was described as having the texture on both sides, it didn’t. I don’t trust their descriptions at all.

Great experience and been dealing with them for some time now always great service. Dale the guillotine operator is an absolute wizard and up there with the best in the north.would highly recommend.
Paid for next day delivery and placed order before cutoff time.
Goods not dispatched on time of sent in the upgraded delivery service which I paid for.
Company refuses to accept responsibility and have been sending me rude emails.
Tried to speak to them on the phone but they put the phone down when I explained the problem.
I’m still without my goods or money.
Avoid this company.
They have the worst customer service ever.

2ND EDIT: to clarify this is not regarding a delayed parcel as company has stated. Is this was a courier delay i wouldn’t have left a review. Also, the review is now about the exceptionally disgusting way in which I’ve been treated. To lie in a response and say they haven't sent the copy and paste emails I’ve mentioned. AVOID THKS COMPANY!

The company have sent it on the wrong postage and have not actually handed it over to the Royal Mail. It has been 3 days and the tracking states “Royal Mail awaiting parcel from sender”
For the company to try to mislead customers by saying this review is wrong and they have sent proof is crazy. The proof they sent was proof they had bought postage but the parcel was NOT in transit. Furthermore the company have continued to send me harassing abusive emails. I am completely in shock any professional could act this way. I have asked them multiple times not to contact me and refusing a refund. And to mention I order regularly.. firstly it shows when something does go wrong you will have zero help and receive abuse. Also shows they have no problem being rude to regular customers.
It is now day 3 and my next day delivery is still showing as Royal Mail awaiting parcel from sender.

To clarify, I did order on a next day service on Monday. The order was not sent on a next day it was sent on a Royal Mail tracked 24 as the company states. It’s crazy to me they see this and still can’t accept the mistake. Tracked 24 which Royal Mail estimates can take between 1-3 days and although often arrives next day is not a next day service. So the company have sent on the wrong service to which they advertise. Which I would have accepted as a mistake however the tirade of emails received has been shocking!
It is now Tuesday evening and the Royal mail tacking still states awaiting from sender.
The whole issue was over an incorrect /delayed postage which could have been easily resolved. Instead I’ve had multiple abrasive emails with personal attacks accusing me of being abusive when the only abuse is coming from them. which is just wild to me from a professional company.
I’ve never had such a crazy interaction with a company, I’m genuinely speechless.
EDIT: since leaving my below review a few hours ago the company have emailed me.
First email “You having fun trying to tarnish by business”
My response: Not at all, I just left an honest review of my poor experience.
Which I gave you ample opportunity to rectify.
Your service is the only thing tarnishing your business.
My order is still not with the Royal Mail.
Their reply: Order stock earlier then you won’t have these problem with your business.
My reply: Perhaps don’t offer next day delivery if it is not something you can fulfil.

To which I did not reply but continued to receive 5 separate emails. Accusing me of having my boyfriend call this morning? It was my boss calling regarding the order and they hung up the phone on him.
Telling a customer to grow up and order sooner if you want it on time is absurd.
Such unprofessional communication and quick shocking from what claims to be a professional company. I would 1000% avoid this company.
Original review: As with many other reviews I have had a horrible experience with this company.
Ordered before the deadline for next day delivery.
They have sent my delivery on the incorrect service, and it has yet to be dispatched to the Royal Mail. Are adamant even though Royal Mail are still awaiting parcel that it may still be delivered today.
Sent me proof of delivery which was simply a screenshot proving they had bought postage (the wrong postage) all of this I could accept as a mistake and move on however the shocking customer service received since has resulted in me writing this review. How companies deal with their mistakes speaks volumes and this company are refusing to acknowledge they have messed up and completely blaming Royal Mail. Refusing to issue a refund until I receive the goods and return them. And refusing to refund fully and deducting 7.99 postage.
Expressed my disappointment in the service and was told to not order again as I am calling them liars (even though they sent proof they had made a mistake) So not only poor customer service but completely rude to customers. Avoid this company!

To be honest this rating is not for Papercutz personally as quality of product is excellent and I have no faults with anything I order. My rating would have been 5 stars but for the decision to change the delivery option to Royal Mail. Next day delivery £7.99? and 8 times out of 10 it's not delivered next day. I hope going forward this is something you might reconsider.

After not so good experiences using other companies to supply my business with materials, I came across Papercutz and I wish I had found them sooner.
