I’ve been on and off this website since 2020. I joined in the beginning of 2024 and have been doing well. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the terrible customer service representative they have as of right now. I believe her name is Karen Tra. The lady that reviewed on here as well said a representative was bullying her and closing all of her tickets. I have a very similar situation going on currently. She has dismissed every single screenshot and proof of evidence that I had gathered and sent with the issue between me and a buyer. I ran into a buyer who goes by the name “Playboysback” who does his own way of verification between a buyer and himself. At first, he wanted things I did not provide that I clearly list on my profile under the category of unprovided things. I’m a seller who does not show her face or provide nudity. I do, however, provide a proof of wear picture to customers if requested. He wanted A selfie at first, Which I denied due to privacy reasons. Then he wanted nudity pictures Without face. I’m most positive that he knew exactly what he was asking for could not be provided. After both requests were denied, he then told me to hold up three fingers only so he could see I was real. I provided a picture of me holding up three fingers. I will admit the picture was a bit dark, but you could clearly see my hand, my arm, and my hair. I had shutters up at the time due to a hurricane that hit in my area. Once the picture was received, he did not approve and said I needed to include my neck, ass, stomach and legs. I did not feel comfortable doing that so he proceeded to tell me “bye” I reviewed my experience with him on his page so he reviewed me by calling me “fake”
I tried desperately to reach admin, but the lady on there seems to dismiss every single message that I send. He got his review taken down by this lady but my review that he left me stayed up. I reached out once again, but the lady deleted my entire account for detecting “scam activity” Which is extremely weird to me because I have never scammed anyone. I have great reviews on there, excluding the person I’ve been talking about who called me fake because he does not like faceless sellers. He recently put on his profile “ Another pathetic fake seller deleted” but the crazy part it IM NOT FAKE! this buyer seems to hate sellers who don’t show their face and taunts them. It’s incredibly cruel and unfair. PD support you need to do better, it’s extremely unprofessional. I will not stop until I get my account back and have this resolved.

I've been selling on this site for 4 years and the admin that regularly works is bullying me. She constantly takes down pictures of mine that don't go against their standards. She doesn't approve ads of mine she doesn't like that don't go against standards. And I have no recourse to go over her head because they have no phone number to contact anyone. I have repeatedly sent her messages asking why she's bullying me and she just closes out the tickets. She even tried to tell me that sexual content wasn't allowed on the site. Really? That's interesting. I'd like to know when this woman is going to be fired. It's really disgusting what she's doing to me. Don't waste your money on this site because if the admin doesn't like you she will make your life a living hell. It's really pathetic that after 4 years I'm dealing with this.

Wow. It took pd months to write me a totally BS reply. YOUR admin approves only content she wants to. I've asked repeatedly for a list of the guidelines and she ignores me. I don't have anything that goes against your standards on my profile and neither do the ads I've been asking her to appove!! Why employ someone who acts like a child?? The admin's name is Karen. Their customer support is abysmal, showing clear disregard for both buyers and sellers. Their revenue from subscriptions disincentivizes them from addressing critical issues such as scammers, fake reviews, & fraudulent accounts. This lack of oversight undermines the trust that once made the site wonderful.

Many long-time users, have left or are leaving because of this.

This is not a good place to buy anything period. You will lose a lot of money and there is no way to get it back. Payment is done privately through buyer and seller, and seller gets to choose what types of payments to accept. There is zero protection when using cash sending apps such as Cash App. When sending via PayPal, sellers only wants payment as friends and family as a means to steal your money. I've been scammed over $700 on this website in only a month. Time and time again, I researched a seller with dozens of reviews, pay them, only for them to delete their profile after payment. Others will just ghost you after payment, and if you leave them a bad review, they will retaliate back by writing you a nonsense bad review. Even when a seller actually does send, the panties end up smelling like nothing or soaked in perfume.

I can't believe the nerve of women who chooses to scam, when all they have to do is freaking wear clothing! Then lose out on all the money they may make through that customer in the future. Women, please enlighten me why you do this...

As for this site, I would not buy anything unless a first party payment system is in place to protect buyers.

It's the same thing as snifffr.com, maybe they are even the same people running the two websites, I can't say. But they verify fake scam accounts as well as it happens on snifffr, so what are your thoughts?

Ich habe mich dort als Verkäuferin angemeldet, weil diese Webseite damit wirbt, dass man dort seine gebrauchte Unterwäsche verkaufen kann. Tatsächlich ist das aber eine Seite für Sex Arbeit. Die 21 Dollar wurden für das Premium abgebucht, aber nach paar Tagen wurde mein Konto komplett gelöscht. Das Problem war, dass ich nur jugendfreie Bilder hochgeladen und in mein Profil geschrieben habe, dass ich keine Sex Arbeiterin bin und solche Leistungen nicht anbiete. Daraufhin gab es Beschwerden von Sex Arbeiterinnen auf meiner Wand und mein Konto war weg. Keine Erklärung vom Betreiber, aus welchen Gründen ich dort nicht verkaufen darf.

As soon as we tried to set up shop there we were attacked and flooded with messages by scammers and fake accounts that had been verified but were nothing but scammers. Their verification system is broken. Either someone is working for pantydeal who is selling old legit accounts to scammers or old legit buyers are selling their accounts to scammers or web sites that sell verified legit fake checked membership accounts to web platforms and sites. Anyone can do a review on a seller even those you have never done business with or even spoke to via chat or messaging. Which means if you expose a scammer and get their account deleted they probably have other accounts they can log into and give you bad reviews when you have never even done business with them or spoken with them or in other words fake reviews to try and ruin your business! Other platforms that are similar that we have set up shop at don't allow reviews by non members and don't allow reviews unless you have done business with the ones you are reviewing! Pantydeal reviews anyone can write , meaning that if you call out a scammer they will all come over and review your shop although you have never done any business with them or even spoken to them. Panty deals isn't even worth a one star rating its that bad. Scammers fake accounts and hacks rule at pantydeal! Don't go their don't even think about it. They are the #1 scammer platform! Should be shut down! I sincerely hope their platform fails and is destroyed because it is that bad. If you can operate there with fake accounts that have been verified and fake checked then that would suggest underage minors with their handlers could work there and be selling illegal material ! Dont go there dont click the link to pantydeal unless you want to be hacked and scammed. Im pretty sure at least some of the scammers work for them themselves... pantydeal DONT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT there are better platforms that protect the sellers much better with legit verification systems but pantydeal is NOT one of them!

Wish I had read these reviews before contacting this company. I never got as far a having a transaction because I was unable to pass their Fakecheck photo test. They sent me instructions as follows:

wear something blue - done
show three fingers - done
write XXX on a piece of paper - done

I followed all these instructions and they not only denied my picture but deleted my account without reason or discussion!

Reading all the reviews here I believe I dodged a bullet.

Typical boiler plate response. At no time was I given any information as to exactly HOW I had failed to follow the instructions. I am a highly educated person (several degrees) and a very successful seller on other sites with complex terms and conditions. There is something very wrong going on here. As I say, I dodged a bullet.

I had my subscription cancelled without any explanation. When I emailed PD, I did not get a response. I called the provided phone number and the women said she did not understand what I wanted. Please. Stay away from this platform. They are hardly legit. Check their ratings.

If I could do zero stars I would. I paid for my month subscription and I never had full use of my profile, I uploaded my id and proper pictures to authenticate my identity 3 times, contacted customer service multiple times and they never updated my profile so I could only message 10 people but was not even sure what 10 so really I couldn't message anyone that was messaging me. Waste of time and money.

I strongly believe this site is gathering your personal information emails/mobile/contact info and selling your information to third parties under the disguise of this website! It's run by crooks.

For those willing to risk that, I'll mention a few other reasons to avoid this site so you can make your decision.

As a Seller and or Buyer, big advice, try somewhere else.

You will come here to buy and sell and I promise you it will turn out to be the most frustrating time consuming and costly thing you will do. The opposite of why you signed up. Only a small very select will actually make good enough money in return to out weigh the websites subscription costs, and on the slight chance you are one of those people, its so time consuming you have to dedicate your entire day and night on here, it's not fun and it kinda ruins that drive we need for real life.

Used to be good site, but now it's the worst there is.

Your better using social media platforms nowadays to buy, they are equally as safe. This site does nothing to look after your affairs when selling, they simply take their cut of money.

There is also their tendency to side with sellers who scam buyers, just because they pay a monthly fee. In truth if there wasn't any buyers there would be no sellers, so it's about time they think of that. It results with decent buyers leaving the site and leaving no-one left to buy, again leaving sellers empty handed and paying a subscription service.

The main concern these days is endless verifications! not only is this a privacy concern but unnecessary. It's just not worth your time or money to go through this. And just when you thought you finally gain access tot the site you will get prompted a day later to add a mobile number, and if you don't provide it you will get locked out of the account forever. you cant use the same mobile twice so if you have been a user before and sign up a second time, there's no chance.

Just best to steer clear.

For sellers on this web site: every Time when there’s some problem with this web site , messaging to their support is useless: they are giving absolutely useless answers without even reading Your message I guess. So they never solve any of problem. And also there’s always same problem with payment for membership. But even that they can’t fix properly!

This company deleted my account with no explanation. They refuse to respond to tickets which is the only way to contact them. I sent them over 20 tickets asking why and they would not answer me. I’ve had my page for over a year with customers waiting for items. They delete you with no warning. So that leaves THEIR customers in limbo and they DO NOT CARE. They harrass and abuse sellers. Who are the only people who pay to be there. They don’t approve our stuff. They remove already approved items just to mess with us. This is the worst company I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ve contacted my attorney to sue them. Over a year wasted following their rules and building my page. It was a lot of time work and effort put in that they just canceled without notice, reason or explanation. Buyers & Sellers should know that the review system is a sham. Anyone, seller or buyer can have a negative review removed even if it’s true, if they send in a ticket for it. That’s the ONLY tickets they respond to. And mostly they respond with removing the review, they don’t respond directly. I will never allow this horrible company to get another penny of my hard earned money and you shouldn’t either. Move to Sofia Gray where they actually care about their members.

I ve contacted pp and fraud department so police will take care of this. But still be careful!
