The director of operations and head of security is presumptuous, unprofessional, and aggressive. The case management department and the truth have a very incompatible relationship. Beware of this place because things happen behind the scenes, whereby patients and families are slandered and defamed for no reason. When a person besmirches somebody behind their back, it is unbecoming and potentially a source of significant legal liabilities.

My name is Lucia Jones(daughter) and my mom Beverley Jones was the patient. The Ocoee, Florida location was HIGHLY recommended and I'm glad I made the right choice. She was there from March 17 - April 3, 2026. Everyone was so delightful and caring. Communication was excellent. I felt heard because I was able to express my thoughts and concerns to any staff member. Her room was always cleaned daily and restocked with anything that she needed.The encouragement of trying new foods and making new goals for herself was superb, even when she felt like giving up they were kind, supportive, and patient with her. And for that I'm very grateful. This facility treated us like FAMILY and we will miss them all. Thank you for all that you have done for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1000/10. * Observe carefully from a distance to assist your mother-in-law with her discharge--quickly tell the nurse.

1. Danielle - hope the spelling is correct--was highly courteous, she went out of her way to bring a cot and help to fix it.
2. The great tour she gave was significant for us to move here... We went to three places; we chose 80% based on the facility and Danielle's valued input.
3. Kunal - who was there yesterday and today... An extremely helpful person... He also wanted to go the extra mile for us. Amazing person. Very resourceful person , possibly Respiratory person
4. Tiffany who did the paperwork yesterday ...Formidable nurse
5. Kerri Ann--the front desk person yesterday--thinks I am a comedian...
6. My wife spoke highly of Marsha today; she is helpful. (Nurse for Room 129)
