We purchased the Palmako "Emilia" (13.8 m²) glasshouse in February of this year and were deeply impressed right from the moment it arrived.
It was delivered in very compact, well-secured packaging.
Assembly also proved to be relatively easy and is well within the capabilities of a two-person team.
The glasshouse stands out thanks to its "vintage look" and high-quality workmanship.
All in all, we are more than satisfied and enjoy the sight of the glasshouse in our garden every single day!
We would choose it again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic sauna, couldn't ask for more for price and size. Easily gets to between 70 to 100 degrees depending on how we're feeling.
It's a good DIY job for 2 inexperienced people, instructions arent perfect, but it all adds to the experience. Would happily buy another

SO SO SO pleased with my greenhouse (Emelia extra large T shaped). Yes the patio round it and the slabs inside are not in yet, or the power water and internet set up... but I am in there already with my tomato plants and a nice sofa for a reading nook in the corner! I will update this review with more photos when I have finished 'our' bits around the site. Its already a country mile better than the polytunnel it replaced, a huge enhancement to the look of the garden and both functional as a proper greenhouse and as a garden room. Why did I choose it? Bigger, better built, more simple and elegant look, better design including 4 self opening vents and 3 sets of double doors that open right back 90 degrees, much much better price than other greenhouses and suppliers I looked at. Service was then exceptional. Ordered 13th March 2026 after a few conversations with John at Palmako (really helpful), available for delivery immediately, held off as we needed to level the site and put down a base over the Easter weekend, delivered Tue 7th, installed by Tom who finished yesterday 15th April - really could not ask for more. Hubby is a builder and is impressed with the solid construction. He could have installed it himself - instructions are clear and it is very well designed for installation. However the difference in cost for him taking time off work vs getting an expert in who has installed Palmako buildings so many times was not that great and so we feel it was very much worth an experienced accredited installation, especially with all that glass.
PS update since receiving the Greenhouse and having it installed: I bought the Greenhouse direct from Palmako. And I was really taken aback that the week after the install the team got in touch to check everything had gone well. Cant remember a supplier ever taking the trouble to do that before. Also having read the reviews here since posting this (I read the reviews on the Palmako site before buying and talked with the team), I am very surprised by the comments re instructions - although we did not install the greenhouse, per the above review, the instructions, which we downloaded from the site before even buying (who even does that, brilliant), were super super clear. Obviously its a big building, with lots of parts, you need to be competent to put it up (its not an Ikea kitchen). But I thought is was not over complicated or over engineered as a product, but very robust too.

I purchased a log cabin from Palmako in 2025 and the order, delivery and installation went smoothly. Since then the customer service has been amazing..... replacement of a couple of shoot bolts and lock in 2025 and then refund of money spent on replacing the lock. Couldn't be happier.

Very little communication apart from the sales blurb. Delivery was awful, to the point I was offered cash as compensation, although this never materialised. As others have said the instructions are non not clear. I had to get the planer out to make the roof fit. Whilst appreciating that wood is not straight, some of the pieces supplied would put a banana to shame. This is not the cheapest supplier on the market but the quality just is not there. If you decide to purchase please make sure you are prepared for a few curve timbers (balls).

On the plus side the log cabin looks great.
On the minus side there were missing instructions for assembly which caused a lot of expensive wasted time. Customer
Service wasn’t just inadequate it was actually rude.

Almost all fence sections have cracks.
According to the manufacturer, that is normal for their products.
If you want a fence that looks new, do not buy Palmako fences.
