amazing customer service, didn't know what I required so called them for advice and they went above any beyond to help with me get the right bits for our pallet truck

We had outstanding customer service from Steve. Our square wheeled, 20 year old pallet truck was back on the job in no time thanks to these guys. Don't let the fact they're in Northern Ireland put you off, our parts arrived the next day on the UK south coast.

Great service really helpfull in trying to locate the right parts for my pallet truck when i told them i dont no the make or model they no their market well a good old school service which is hard to find these days

Emailed a request and received very fast response about 30mins later, phoned up for order on Friday and received it Monday morning.

Few and far between . Needed parts for a pallet truck and got service second to none from steve, fair price and very fast delivery, even emailed diagram of unit to replace parts purchased which helped my old memory alot . I called to order my parts and found a very organised buisness and must also add that the other staff i met were also more than helpful so 5 stars to them also , so thankyou for all your help, and i would not hesitate to recommend this company if you need parts for your truck.

Website doesn't show everything in stock but a quick phone call sorts this out. Does discounts for multiple items and includes VAT and delivery.
Items despatched same day or day after once paid for, i'd recommend this site to anyone who has to maintain or repair Pallet Trucks.

I feel confident to say use this seller as their product and customer service is second to none. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family and hope to buy from them again in the future. Well done Steve keep up the good work.

Steve Britton could not have been more helpful, emailed me a link to the diagram of the pallet truck, I emailed him back with the parts I need, he came back with the price, I paid and the parts where there the next day.
