Excellent boots
Excellent boots. Very confortable and warm, perfect for winter.
Delivery was very good, and the unpacking experience very good.

The service was terrible
The service was terrible. I ordered the shoes end of November 2025 and they never came. I involved the bank in trying to get a refund because for some reason Palladium eu makes it almost impossible to reach them. There is no contact number. No clear contact details I had to go up and down just to find their email. They don’t respond to emails. I had to go to all their social media pages shaming them before they responded. It took a whole month for them to simply respond before they started processing my refund. As an apology they gave me 40% discount which didn’t work and I had to contact them again for it to work.
I had the worst experience and I wasn’t alone because on their social media pages I found several other people who were in the same situation.
