Good quality, I bought a keffiyeh and it seems genuinely handmade, with great materials.
Shipping was relatively fast for a country under genocide, I’m honestly surprised.
The only (slightly) negative thing I can say is that I did not hear back from customer service, but due to the situation, I didn’t expect to either.

J'ai passé une commande le 18/05 et je n'ai toujours rien reçu ! Suite à une première relance de ma part,on m'a répondu que la situation était difficile en Palestine...ha bon ? première nouvelle !
Puis , deuxième relance, et là c'était de la faute à la fête de l'Aïd ( cette fête dure 3 jours et elle a commencé le vendredi 06/06 ) , troisième relance et là on m'a répondu que la commande avait bien été prise en charge par le transporteur le 11/06 ! D'après moi le transport se fait à la rame dans une barque qui s'arrête dans plusieurs ports !!! Parce que là, c'est se faire mener en bateau, il n'y aura plus âme qui vive à Gaza à ce train là.
Alors soit ce sont des escrocs et c'est ignoble de profiter du malheur d'un peuple , soit ce sont des incapables et ils feraient mieux de s'abstenir de faire miroiter des promesses d'achats solidaires !
En soutien aux Palestiniens ça fait 2 fois que je commande des vêtements sur 2 sites différents et c'est chaque fois la même galère, je conseille donc aux acheteurs potentiels de bien se renseigner sur les sites proposant les mêmes prestations.25/06/2025
Miracle ! Ma commande est quand même arrivée ,le 30/06 Au bout de 6 semaines d'attente... Les produits m'ont l'air correct alors je vais rajouter une étoile , j'en aurai bien rajouté une troisième, mais leur communication est vraiment trop mauvaise.

SCAM as mentioned by other user.

I ordered a shirt (#22920) and never received it. I contacted them various ways more than once (email, IG, etc). No response from anyone.

The site says the order ships within 3-5 days. Its been well over 10 days and no tracking number or update received.

You try to support a cause and they still manage to scam you. Disgrace.

Project-palestine is a SCAM, I never received the order, tracking number or refund!
And I've written them over 10 times, including complaining here, and they simplify LIED saying that I hadn't sent the order, which I sent in the numerous emails I sent them.
I've ordered a hoodie jumper to project Palestine, paid around 30$, and this order was never delivered.
I sent many emails complaining and they never replied and never tried to solve the problem.
It's a scam, stay away.
The Order is #13206, I've sent numerous emails and never got the order, no tracking number to prove that was ever even sent, of the money back.
They should at least return the money I paid or send the parcel, but they've chosen not to reply and keep the money for themselves.
I love the palestinian cause, reason why I'm even more upset about scammers taking advantage of it.
If they take your money and don't send the parcel and refuse to return the money, it's clearly a scam.

Ordered hoodie on 31/10/24 but never received it. They offered a "free replacement" but didn't receive that either. No communication after the replacement was supposedly sent. Have had to reverse payment with bank. Very sad - really wanted the hoodie. Still unsure about whether this is a legitimate business or not.

Hoodie received! 2 months later but at least it's been delivered now. Love it and good quality, so rating upped from 1 star to 3. Just wish the customer experience was better - still no contact from business.

Also ich war erst skeptisch weil einige meinten,es handelt sich hier um Betrug, und das nichts ankommen würde . Da kann ich leider nicht zustimmen! Meine Bestellung vom 21.10 kam heute an .Das shirt fällt tatsächlich größer aus,also kann ich euch nur empfehlen eine Nr kleiner zu bestellen. Ansonsten bin ich echt zufrieden mit allem , Kein billiger Stoff und auch der Druck sieht gut aus .:)

Wir haben schon 2 x bestellt. Und immer kam alles sehr gut verpackt und heil an. Die T-shirts und der Schal haben sehr gute Qualität.Es wäre nur schön, wenn es die Herren T-shirts such in 2x XXL geben würde. Die Olivenseife ist klasse und hält auch sehr lange. In ein paar Tagen, bestellen wir wieder. Klare Kaufempfehlung!!! Auch um ein Zeichen der Solidarität zu setzen

Good stuff at a good price with a good cause. I ordered 2 separate times and got exactly what I ordered. Not a scam like a couple folks claimed but maybe some areas are harder to ship to, can't say for sure.

Alles ist in Top-Qualität, sorgfältig verarbeitet und die Stoffe sind hochwertige Ware. Auch nach mehreren Wäschen ist alles noch wie neu!
Dass die Lieferzeit relativ lange dauert, kann man dem Shop nicht anlasten. Ich freue mich jedenfalls immer, wenn endlich mein Päckchen aus Jericho ankommt.

I bought the 2 Nabulus soap product. This Nabulus soap is excellent for my dry skin. It cleans well and then rinses off very easily, leaving my skin not only not needing lotion, but my skin FEELS cleaner. I thought I was being silly, so I did a comparison with two popular body soaps that are available everywhere against Nabulus. Definitely the Nabulus soap rinses off so much more easily so my skin is squeaky clean and FEELS cleaner. It is actually not surprising since the other two have artificial ingredients while the Nabulus soap is literally made of natural ingredients. Simplicity. This soap is no more expensive than the average squeeze bottle, no plastic waste as the wrappers are paper so can recycle and no residue on your skin! Fresh. Clean. Healthy. Shipping directly from Palestine with great communication. I would say shipping time is equal to any other small business I have directly bought from in the Mediterranean. So worth waiting a few weeks – the quality is just beautiful, a reflection of the craftsmanship that goes into making this soap. Two thumbs up.

I was skeptical after reading these reviews, but my Keffiyeh actually showed up! it took a little longer because of the current "situation" but they can't help that. The product seems well enough quality and price was good.

Ordered 2 keffiyehs. It took a while (ordered mid Nov and received Jan 3), but considering what is happening there, I think it was fast. They are high quality and beautiful.

Ordered and waiting for item. No confirmation email was sent so I sent a message on their website. No response. If package does not come will take it up with my bank and file a claim.

On June 3, 2021 I placed an order with this company. They immediately accepted my payment but have still not delivered my parcel to Canada and have not replied to numerous emails and msgs via their Facebook and Instagram pages. I requested a refund and they never responded to that, either. Poor service.

Hello again, Trustpilot;
On April 4th 2025, Palestine Shirts asked me to email them to confirm the details of my order and my shipping address. I did so on April 8th. They had said they would finally be shipping my order placed in 2021 and asked about shipping my friend Kay's order (also from 2021) to my address. I replied with all info they requested and asked them to reply to me with a confirmation that they received my email and that they had shipped the order. I haven't receive any email reply since, nor the parcel. Trustpilot, could you please contact them and let them know that at the very least, they need to email me back. It's been 4 YEARS and this has still not been resolved. Thanks.

On February 24, 2025: I received an email from Trustpilot saying that Palestine Shirts have asked for more details to better understand my experience (see their post below on this page). As requested, I immediately emailed them with my order number Order No. 1833306716 6/3/2021 plus forwarded the original receipt email with full details - from when I placed the order in 2021. I asked them to RSVP by email to me to confirm receipt of my email but have not received any reply. Could you plse notify them to email me ASAP to confirm so I know that they have processed my order finally and that it has been sent (or if there is any further delay)? Thank you!

UPDATE - February 24, 2025: I just received an email from Trustpilot saying that Palestine Shirts have asked for more details to better understand my experience. As requested, I provided you with my order number. I placed my order when this company also used the website Mawtini.com and ordered the red and black Suleiman keffiyeh made by Hirbawi.On my credit card statement my payment was processed to "Holy Land Shop".
IMPT: also, on the same date that I placed my order, a friend of mine Kay Jenkins Von Riesen, also from Canada, placed her order for the exact same item and never received it nor any replies to her emails of complaint, either.
