For a start this company is not UK like the url suggests and everything is shipped from China. Shipping takes ages. Very bad and cheap quality, bought pyjamas for kids and cousins and did not even want them to try them on. Horrible items.

Avoid. Cheap quality products and massive delays with shipping. Save yourself the disappointment.

Order arrived but didn’t fit, customer service was great and sorted the problem 👍

I ordered Christmas pyjamas on 17th Nov and they arrived on the 30th although company is pajama village uk , the order came from china .. I’m happy with the pyjamas , the quality and colour is lovely

I purchased a number of pairs of Christmas PJs for my family - 20 pairs in total of varying sizes. 19 pairs turned up the same, one different. I emailed PJ Village and Charlie was able to quickly and efficiently help me with minimal fuss sending out a replacement pair. I can't give 5 stars, because clearly a mistake was made, but I'm very happy and would use again.

Great service, I love the pyjamas, got matching ones for my partner and I, I’d accidentally ordered 2 women’s sizes instead of men and women’s. I had emailed wanting a return and order a mens and they were really helpful already have new set on the way and they let me keep the spare womens

Pretend to be in the UK they have a Chinese Carrier
Misrepresented that they would deliver matching pajamas for xmas eve they won't be here. Have asked them to cancel the order as no point receiving after Christmas. Genuinely when are Google going to stop putting Chinese owned/based companies top of the shopping list when you do searches for companies in the UK.

The pajamas are too comfortable and nice to wear. But the cloth got wrinkles after a few months of washing. Even I love their quality at this handy price.

These pajamas are good and the best to choose, but the material is too thick and too warm. This will not be a perfect choice for hot weather. Overall, good choice.

Pajamas are just okay and will be good for occasional wear. They can be even better. Overall okay.

These pajamas feel like they are of premium quality but come with an affordable price tag. I really love their softness. Must have.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 20/06/24, had no dispatch email so emailed them on 25/06 to chase it. Was told it had shipped. Still nothing on 02/07, so chased again to be told the item that had “shipped” wasn’t actually in stock and asked if I wanted another colour (zero apology, just a curt reply). I accepted the alternative and was told it would be expedited. It’s the evening of 08/07 and still nothing. Scammers

Ordered from these. Had to chase up a week later. They said it was a busy time for them and they would give me a discount if I waited. On 2nd Jan they emailed me to say due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot ship and would refund. No refund ever came. I did a chargeback with my bank and they have tried debiting my account again

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Order hasn't been dispatched as yet. Contacted them last week to receive a reply 3 days later saying they will look into it and update tracking. I am confident that they are dropshippers from China or similar. Have requested a refund 2 days ago now and still no communication to acknowledge. Never again.

After good’s didn’t arrive. Fobbed off about 10 times with promises. Asked for a refund. No joy. Please avoid people as it’s a scam website. Never received my pyjamas

My order took a little longer to arrive than expected but I emailed customer service and they replied quickly. Once I received the pajamas I realised they weren't what I wanted so wanted to return. I contacted customer services again and they replied quickly offering a 30% refund but I declined asking for full refund and the address to return items, they then came back and refunded me in full. So in my experience, customer services were good.

Purchased 9 sets of pyjamas for a family Christmas. Ordered in November and they didn’t arrive until a few days before Christmas. (They are shipped from China).
I contacted the company many times before they arrived asking for a refund and I was promised they were on their way. Anyway they arrived.

HOWEVER, the men’s pyjamas were all fine. I ordered a medium for myself in the ladies as the website says that the sizes come up large. I couldn’t even get them over my knees they were so small. Even my daughter who is a size 8 found them too small. I tried my husbands men small and they fitted me fine?!

Don’t trust this company. Poor communication. Poor shipping. Poor sizing. Poor everything. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!

Ordered 18/12/23 received 8th jan. Totally wrong Pyjamas. Pyjamas that did arrive were wafer thin and not even worth £3 never mind £33 with postage on top. Arranging refund return but I am
Sure this won’t be straight forward.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered items delivery time scales passed - no communication. Finally get shipping notice - Way after shipping dates - stillnot arrived. They say they have refunded me - yet I cant see this in my bank that was over 1 week ago. Send 3 emails and social media messages.No response.Can only assume these are scammers an will be reporting them.
