Brilliant day, good facilitators

Incredible day of paint balling for my birthday. The marshal and on-site crew helped make the day even better. Great game set up in a great location. I will be returning more than once this year.

I emailed them asking if they would help out with a charity fundraiser and they helped out straight away , without hesitation! Hugely appreciated- Thank you again!

We were a group of 7 first timers, including 5 children aged 11-16 and were provided the standard gun and safety gear. We were pitted against experienced adults with advanced “assault rifles”, “grenades” and who appeared to have unlimited ammunition. Furthermore, the opposing adults would continue to shoot our players after they had raised their hands to confirm they had been killed. And the adult team appeared less than honest about being shot on the rare occasions they actually were. It seemed very much to be a “pay to win” experience. It was a total mismatch. Our players were little more than target practice for the more experienced team. And on top of that the cost of additional ammunition is prohibitively expensive.

If anyone is booking a party for kids, I’d suggest making sure you have a group of 20-25 people so you can arrange teams of roughly equal skill to avoid the experience we had.

Attended Glasgow Delta Force today. Equipment below safety standards, clearly damaged and unfit for purpose. Staff member said they were going to be chucked out due to damage, but then backtracked stating it was safe for my son to use. Instruster let off pyrotechnics next to 2 children and the female toilets are an absolute disgrace. Blood all over the floor and used sanitary products everywhere. Massive infection risk and utterly disgusting. No hot water and soap was mouldy. Avoid!

The Young Gunz 300 package as advertised on the web site and discussed over the booking line for kids party was not offered/allowed at Upminster.
Instead next up level 500/700 packages were the only options.( not to mention the load shouting from staff- we will give you 50 ball for free if you give us 5 star review!)

On the actual games kids were mixed with adults, contradicting the company's clear statement on our booking: "Typically, children and adult groups are separated"

I work for a charity and they were super responsive and helpful with my query and hugely generous. Would recommend to all.

Really great day out for a birthday. Staff were fantastic, games were really fun. First time paintballing, and won't be the last. Would 100% recommend!

I visited to mark my son's 10th birthday, and when making the reservation, they inquired if it was for a birthday event. We spent approximately £700 for 14 attendees. While we had an enjoyable time, there was no acknowledgment of the birthday, no special touches like a Happy Birthday, which was disappointing. For that price, the experience wasn't worth it. I'd think twice before spending that amount again. Be cautious of unexpected charges when approached on the high street!

What a joke of a company. Never use them. My son’s party was the 15th November. 55 children. 2 members of staff looking after them. Games cut short, games rushed, queues to reload guns in areas. 2 minute warnings to the end of games not even taking 2 minutes. even games where some children missed an entire game in the final area because guns were still being loaded and I was helping load guns!!!

Email complaint made on the 15th. Now the 17th December and still no direct contact made to me about my complaint. I have phoned 5 times, emailed 4. Google review made last week responded to within 4 hours (amazing what can happen to a public facing review!!!!!) but now a week since that response and stil nothing.

Awful experience, No complaints procedure. No ability to escalate anything. No empathy. Even asked me ‘if you could just give us time to investigate’ after already 3 weeks. I’m not even exaggerating!!!!

fun but worth the money , definitely not ,
would i pay again No Way 😠 ,
beware getting stopped in your high street and being conned about hidden costs!!!

This session was great fun. The marshal Lenen was very helpful during the session.
